I watch this video from time to time. This was such a great ride! I learned so much and still have so much more to improve upon. @@EnduranceHorseMT I'm hoping to become more involved this year, volunteer at the Pine Tree in Maine and get to know people. It would be incredible to be able to catch ride!
@@Kelly_Ben volunteering is a great way to start in this sport!
First of all, I love doing endurance. It is my favorite sport and discipline for my horse and I. Second of all, I love the song! First aid kit is my #1 favorite band and my silver lining is my favorite song so this video is amazing

Excuse my ignorance but how do you know the route.? Is it easy to get lost?
This is an endurance ride competition so the trail is marked with ribbons. At this ride they also had GPS tracks you could load into a cell phone app or GPS device that would guide the way.
@@EnduranceHorseMT thank you for sharing your knowledge, I love to watch endurance videos, the horses are stunning. I have just used a fit kit for Scot boots for my Arab, do you recommend them for endurance?
@@samanthasmile8150 sorry just saw your question. Yes I recommend Scoots for limited distance endurance. For 50+ I love the glue on Scoot Skins but the new Enduros coming out soon show promise there too.

It's awful when you want to ride but can't! If youre an experienced rider, endurance riders are sometimes looking for help conditioning!
