Big South Fork Endurance Ride 2022- Big South Fork Recreation Area in Tennessee. This year marked the 28th Running of this American Endurance RIders Conference (AERC) sanctioned Endurance Ride. The Southeast Endurance Riders Association also sponsors this ride.
There was a 30 Mile Limited Distance ride as well as 50, 75 and 100 Mile Endurance rides over the weekend of September 9-10.
The Ride Management was great as were all of the Vets, Volunteers and participants in this long running, memorable Endurance Ride.
I crewed for Holly Corcoran and her amazing ASGARD Bred Arabian, Poete. They are an experienced team who have won 2 National Championships, the Old Dominion Endureance ride and many others. This was Holly's first time at the Big South Fork Ride as well as mine! Mary Farris headed up our crew. She produces Electrolye and Mineral products that Holly uses.
Holly and Poete came in first in the 100 mile Ride and also won Best Condition!
