It's ok Dawn. Thank you for being transparent and sharing. Those of us on this journey know that we all have our ups and downs. Its a lifelong battle. I started gaining when I was pregnant with my now 20 year old son. I began my first journey in 2005. Had success then got too happy. Over the years, it's like I lose 15 I gain 25. I lose 30, I gain 35. We all have different reasons as to why we have slip ups but the important thing is that we never give up on ourselves. Victory is already yours baby girl.

Perfect timing, I'm with you for the 8 week challenge! I'm a seasoned lady, semi-retired & very excited about being a Silver Sneaker. The indoor aquatic center closed for a 6 week renovation that is finally completed now. That was the main attraction for me because of my arthritis, etc. Beginning Monday (6/27), there's no reason for me not to be there at least 5 days a week. Cardio, strength training, classes, etc. Nutritionally, I can do better.👌🏽💖

Come on let’s get these 8 weeks!!! I’m joining too!!! Lord knows I need all the inspiration in the world. I work four 10hr shifts a week and it’s a struggle to eat right because when I get home I don’t feel like cooking anything and I find myself going the fast food route. Then I feel bad afterwards. One day last week I brought my workout clothes to work cause I planned on going to the gym after day and give it 18 minutes. I was tired when I got off from but I went to gym anyways and did my 18 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. I was so proud of myself. I have to commit just to one day of training and three days of HIIT. I can do that but I have to go hard in the paint!!!!!😍😍I’m wishing all of y’all the best on your journeys!!!!!

Great video honey! I make similar videos on my channel with Keto and low carb I lost 50lbs and guess what all days are not perfect and that’s okay! I love the 8 week vlog. My goal now is to add more movement. I am moving my exercising bike back up stairs! Thanks for the inspiration love! Consistent routine I love it❤️
