    Yesss! More videos like this! I'm 229 lbs down from 270, been stuck at 229-230 for months. Just starting a fitness journey, weight lifting heavy with interval cardio, gonna eat 1800 calories macros 35% protein 35% carb 30% fat. We'll see how that works for me, my body already slimming down I see!

    Thanks hun! I struggle so much with getting enough protein in and sometimes I have to force myself to eat. I'm trying to do 3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day! High protein, moderate carbs & fat. I'm weight lifting and doing moderate cardio. Tfs!

    Hey Dawn!!! Kodiak cakes has a protein oatmeal that’s great. There’s no added sugar and you measure it and make it just like you would with traditional oats. And it tastes good too! I’m with you, the protein powder in oats isn’t my thing either lol

      Girl yess!!!! I tried them before they alright but I’m definitely thinking about switching because the ones I eat now has 11g of added sugars

    Thats Vanilla Isopure is what we use its good.That unflavored one would be good for mix ins.

    Excess protein turns to sugar, and destabilizes metabolism and hormone balance usually per .5lb muscles 10grams of protein I intake at least 50-75 gram for my 130lb frame. My husband is 215lbs and more lean he eats 100gs-125.

    What about locs Dawn, as a new hairstyle? What's your opinion on using meal replacements drinks as meals? So you eat 1 meal and drink 2 meal replacements or a protein shake? 🤔

    The isopure has a milky consistency, so putting it in things with a juice consistency makes it taste milky

    Yes Dawn! Why do you eat so much protein? Proteins good. But you need a balance of vegetables, fruits, and proteins. I love your videos! I bet if you start eating more of the greens 🥬 🥒🥦🥕🫑and fruits 🍉 🍏🍓🫐you’ll be lighter on your feet! And not climb those hills or work so hard.
