Have you tried the Sola bagels yet? They are so good and low carb...you have to order them only the bread/hotdog and burger buns are in Walmart or a store near you🙂

Sis have you tried THINK protein bars? They are super delicious and packed with protein. The caramel one seems right up your alley…the brownie one I put in the microwave for a few seconds and eat it with almond milk. 😋😋
A fun oatmeal recipe I just found:

Pumpkin purée (found in the baking aisle)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Chopped walnuts
Honey or Brown sugar if it fits your macros
Oddly delicious…

Hey Dawn, those legs of yours are so strong and muscular. I am building my body as well but have no plans of competing. My only dream is to be able to afford my tummy tuck surgery to remove lots of skin, i have lost 80lbs and currently maintaining and building muscles.
