Yesterday I sat in the parking lot of the the gym for an hour and 15 minutes before I walked in.
I played on the phone, told myself to leave and stay 50 times and some more 😵💫.
I walked in an knocked out 30 minutes on the treadmill & an ab routine. So glad I encouraged myself to get it done! 💪🏾✨
You are my new favorite fitness vlogger. There are a lot of people in this space on You Tube and their advice comes off as a bit shallow and not terribly applicable to most people's day-to-day life. I love that you don't sugar coat or paint an unrealistic picture on how to set and achieve goals. I appreciate you. Please keep doing what you're doing.

2 eggs with 3oz ground turkey seasoned and cooked, diced white onion, diced jalapeño, diced bell pepper TOPPED with yellow mustard (I put mustard on everything 🙂)

Best way to weigh your jam is to put the jar on the scales . Tare it and watch the scale go down as you pull out what you need for the meal. Makes life so much easier 👍🏻

Thank for sharing your story always with us. I signed up for my first 10k after seeing you run your marathon. It's forcing me to train it's one month from now and you are right I was always saying it's not right to start but then 3months later regretting never starting. The meals are still my challenge but I'm keep at it

For now yes until I learn my body a bit more. In a sense since I’ve been tracking for so long I could stop but I don’t really trust myself yet
