I have so much in common with you which is why I love you so much. We have same body type. I used to be 350 pounds. Only difference I had weight-loss surgery but I worked hard. It's been 2 years and I am maintaining but want to get back to my smallest at 180. Wouldn't mind losing more but will be happy at 180. You inspire me so much. You could literally be a motivational speaker. Keep getting healthy my friend 🥰

Now I'm on the rebound, losing my pandemic weight, adopting a raw vegan lifestyle and now my goal is to be a raw vegan bodybuilder 👏🏿💪🏾

I started prepping last year then couldn’t stick to it because I did a long prep vs shorter. I started bulking 1st, was on 3000 cals then my coach cut me down to 1200 cals. I was at 279 lbs. I’m down to 221. So your coach is right! I want to get down to 200lbs then start back prepping. I plan to start preparing again in January. With my new coach. Right now I’m doing all my cardio with GrowithJo 💜. I have to have fun when doing Cadio. You got this sis…I can’t wait to see your results. Also, ask your coach about Hmb supplement while bulking.
