Get a vacuum cleaner that comes with bag, so whenever you encounter dead cockroaches or lizards, you could just vacuum them away. The bag take a long while to change and could just easily discard it away without handling the dead creatures.
For lizards, just leave them alone as they are there to help to eat the bugs. However sometimes, some of them might just died anywhere that is visible. For cockroaches, get an insecticide or Baygon and spray it with them. Usually, they will die immediately.
For Hazelle, you could get MagicClean wiper mop stick with wet wipes. Easy to use.

I lived alone in a studio when I was studying my masters in America and it was so great, to be able to come home any time I want and do the laundry any time, cook. Cause my parents don’t let me cook scared I burn down the house, want me to come home straight after work bc scared I get covid if I eat outside. I also get to decide when I want to clean my room. The downside is the price bc US is very big and if I lose my job, very hard to re-let my room to someone else, cause the landlord will not help you find a tenant. My parents also were not around to nag at my failures everyday, bc I’m fat, single, not a high flyer

It's funny because my mum uses guilt trip to get me back to live with the family after I moved out too. But honestly, I don't think it's unfilial to want to stay out on your own. It's really just an asian perception because I know alot of friends that wants to move out but are stopped by their parents' guilty trip. Sadly. I'm not sure why but one thing that parents these days don't understand is that their children need their personal space and be away from the family to actually grow and be independent as a person. Of course they don't want to see their children struggle and suffer, but struggle and suffer equal growth for them I feel.
