Thanks for the video. I just replaced a puncture in the back wheel (10 inch wheels are SOOOOO easy to mount/unmount by hand) and noticed that the bearings are making similar noise to yours, after a year of almost daily use I guess they're worn out. The rings are easily removable with a 90 degrees plier for snap rings, luckily I have one and it only takes 2 seconds 🙂
Hi, I had the bearings changed two days ago. What should I pay attention to so that it is not the same as before, and how long does it take on average for a bearing to deteriorate?
Bearings should last a very long time. I just try and keep them clean. Using a cotton bud when they get dirty to clean the outside part. But, you could also use lithium grease spray to lubricate them occasionally. Every few hundred kms I’ll do that 🤛🏻
I bought myself a spare rear wheel in case I get a puncture. Trouble is the brake disk is about 2mm to one side so I have to adjust the brakes. Is there a way to adjust the alignment so both wheels are identically set up?
Spare wheel? Spare tube/tyre is the best option. Where did you get the wheel from? You could adjust the brake caliper and brake pads to align it. But honestly, it’s good practice to learn how to change the tube/tyres. I made a video on this.
@@Movelectrics I agree but sometimes I have to be somewhere and so I just need to quickly swap the wheel and deal with the puncture later. It would take me just a couple of minutes but adjusting the brake pad position every time makes it take a lot longer. I am thinking I could add some 2mm washers behind the brake disk but that’s a last resort. I got the wheel from eBay in used condition. Seems genuine.
@@TimBrennan what I would do in your case is check the psi every week. Make sure it’s 45psi. Back wheel is quite easy to change but the front takes longer for sure and you can be carrying around a spare motor all the time. Definitely practice one day changing the tube/tyre. It’s a skill that every rider should be able to do.
@@Movelectrics good advice. I top up the tire pressure every week to 50 psi and that makes punctures a lot less likely. Even with that, I still get them every couple of months which I guess is normal for riding every day for a 45 minutes in a city. Last time it was a staple (weirdly) and the time before that was a thorn. It’s always the back that gets punctured not the front and the video you made on puncture repair really helped to get the tyre off so thanks for that.
This is the only problem with the scooter its a pain in the ass u need to wash the scooter in the bath tub but after a few washes the bearing is bad rusted fully
@@Movelectrics yea but mine had mud fully in the fenders the wheels woudent turn i had to wash it so the dirt desolves in water it didnt get into the scooter but it got into the bearings im thinking of getting full ceramic bearings then i coud wash it every time no problem
@@Movelectrics haha I wad very wrong The ring is much stronger than I thought. I managed to take them out after a little bit of struggle but they're then too loosen to be put back on. I wonder if I could get new ones online

I actually bought one of the removal tools after this video was made. Definitely worth the money! Thanks for the support.
Such a detailed and friendly video, everything is super clear and easy, best of luck.
Thank you for the support 👊🏼
Your videos has helped me so much bro 💯 keep uploading 😇
Thanks Leonard for the feedback ⚡️
Thanks
Great video. Do you know if the M365 (non-Pro) takes the same bearings?
Good question! I’m sure they do.

Can you do front bearings?
Never did but it involves taken the motor apart I think.
Can u point me in direction of changing rear bearing on g2 pro motor wheel
Unfortunately I don’t have this scooter. Check the KUGOO RUclips channel.

Hi Marian. I wanted to get the SKF brand bearings, there were a few fakes out there but got the correct ones in the end.

@@TimBrennan you could get better quality tyres like the PMT.
Can you explain what happens if I installed my fork bearing wrong will happen
Do you mean the stem? Join my FB group and post a photo bit.ly/2NMeXIY
My clips are in but my bearing still comes loose, any suggestions on what to do?
Hi Jacob
Did you get the correct bearings?
Can you post a photo/video to the FB group so I can see what’s happening?

Wipe it down with a soft damp cloth and dry it. I done a video on how I clean mine.
Don’t put it in the bath 🛴

You can literally take the ring off with 2 toothpicks
I ended up getting the correct tool after this video was made ⚡️
@@Movelectrics I'd always prefer the toothpicks tho
The tool for it is very easy to use ⚡️

You can pinch it so it sits and slots back in. Once it doesn’t slide off, it should be fine 🛴
