My front wheel was twitching and making the scooter vibrate uncomfortably. I use it to go to work and I was fed up with the situation.. so I dismantled the wheel and found out that the ball bearing piece was all torn out, inner structure was broken and balls loose. I found this video then proceeded to buy the bearing you suggest, followed your instructions despite having less advanced tools, and in the end I fixed it :D soooo satisfying! Thanks a lot for your video mate!

I've done the exact same thing a couple of months ago, but on an original m365 (non-pro) after about 8k km mark. I reused the old ones after cleaning and lubed them because they were in good enough condition and didnt have new ones at hand. The old grease needed a refresh and dust accumulated in them but nothing major was wrong with them. I do a lot of offroad on it (have both front and back Monorim suspensions mounted) and some really nice 9 inch offroad tires I found here in my country. If I'm not mistaken, I think you actually helped me with the process back then in another video posted on your channel. So I guess thank you for helping me with this! :)
ehh, not worth it to clean, SKF costs like 3 euros, and they are better with water resistant that original ones. thanks for watching 👍 :)
@@RMFUNTIK Back then they were on order from the shop I bought them and had a 5 to 8 days delivery, unfortunately. So I decided to go ahead and try to restore the original ones. To be honest, I was also a bit curious how the original bearings held after so much usage (about 8k km) in the rain, dust and the crazy things I have done with it for the past 4 years. To my surprise, they did well and could be restored. Not perfect but worth the experience I guess :)
Ironically, now I have the new bearings for both front and rear but I hesitate to go all over again with the process of changing them. The rear is easy, but the front wheel is more of a tricky one.
i have my scooter with 7k with original bearings, but i don't ride in a rain or so... it's not hard as with that stupid wire :))

Unfortunately I followed your tutorial and repair was successful, but now the bearings are "clicking" like "tick tick tick" rapidly while riding... I dismantled and rebuilt everything again, but it didn't helped. Bearings are properly in place, everything is lubed + WD-40, but no luck. 😣
I'm sure that I must have made some mistake, but not sure when. But again, the tutorial was great and helped a lot!❤❤
Your welcome, check individual one tire (turn upsidedown) maybe it's not front wheel..
This video gave me the hope i can do it. Finally, it worked only difference both bearings stuck on the axis. Used a 2 arm gear puller to take them down. On the cable side, i used it a bit off centric between screw and axis. But all your steps very helpfull THX

The wheel is nearly stuck I tink its the bearing is it easier to change the bearing or I have a spare scooter would it be hard to swap wheel

Why changing the bearings? Are they known to fail, why, and how does it manifest?
On a bike it is rare to have to change them.
My scooter makes a clunky noise in the front, maybe it’s the bearings as well.
Because on this scooter these bearings are cheap and not water resistant, most people ride in the rain, that is forbidden, because scooter is ip54 rating...
This video in good ,example how "easy" everything looks in YT. This rim caps are brand new , and the screws are not even dirty or scratched ... Its almost impossible to unscrew those screws

p.s. and i'm not showing "how to do it" it's not a tutorial.. it's a video where a replace bearings.. if you can't do it by your self and don't have the right tools and knowligde, then don't even proceed and hand over to a proffesional.
@@RMFUNTIK Yes indeed everything is possible. I've fixed my scooter. Not with the help of your videos ofc.
Everything is possible ,but in your case is way more easier (clean /not so used scooter /repair) ,than in real life. One of my plugs (the biggest one ) doesn't go thru the nut, plus like I've said the screws on those scooter are cheap and if they are rusty , its really hard to remove some of them (even with WD40) :)

Hello, I have a problem, I have a xiaomi pro 2, and I noticed a noise when I braked and when I accelerated, I didn't see anything loose in the suspension, when I went to change the 8.5 tire for the 10'' . when I went to loosen the screws, the one on the right side came out fine and the left one was a little loose, when I saw the door it was a little dusted, and it didn't tighten when I went to mount the wheel on the left side, I'm riding the scooter because I know that the wheel does not fall off, but I bought a wheel with motor and everything to replace it as soon as possible, but I want to fix it, is it easy to change that screw on the axle? or better a mechanical turner make some other thread?

Could you please help me with my problem, could not find anything similar and it seems that you know what are you doing.
My xiaomi scooter when driving looses power for a second or two and it happens quite frequently. By power not meaning electrical power but real power. It feels like the motor inside the tire spins without transfering that to the tire.
I noticed that the cable is all twisted (like it is spinning around and it definitely should not) i changed the bolts, crew tighter the cap on the tire etc. and that helps but still happening...
if you had similar case, would be very very helpful your experience.

@@marijanboricevic5453 I did not understand everything.. if your motor has slowed down (I mean degrade) maybe you motor is frayed or you have problems with battery pack, check battery, motoro inside, check wires for the motor.
@@RMFUNTIK yep, its hard to explain this in words... i can reach full speed so i think that is not the problem.... to try once more.... When i ride it no matter how fast (but more frequently happens when going full speed) the scooter losses power for just a second and it continues to work just fine... sometimes it stops 3-4 time in a row, sometimes just once... every individual stop lasts one second maybe... First i suspected that it is the bolts, but they are fine. I think that something is happening with the front wheel, because the cable that connects front wheel and battery is twisted on the wheel end. The cable should be fixed in place i believe, but in my case seems that it also spins (i believe that it spins when stops happen)
hope that i explained this better now.. any feedback is much appreciated
@@marijanboricevic5453 update your scooter firmware, check the battery and motor connection wires. The wires can't spin, if they spin they will just break.

the bearing that is on the motor is so stuck i can not remove it. i have hammered the same way as you did but it wont come off. any tips on how to get it out? there is literarlly 0.5 mm left and it won't move...

Bonjour, ma trottinette xiaomi pro 2 qui vient de passer 2 ans à un souci car elle ralenti toute seule et la roue avant force et ne veut plus accélérer, puis tout à coup elle repart ! @@RMFUNTIK Hello, my xiaomi pro 2 scooter which has just passed 2 years has a problem because it slows down on its own and the front wheel forces and does not want to accelerate anymore, then suddenly it starts again! It happens to me randomly but at least once or twice per outing! I have no error code! Is it the hs motor? The motor cable to change? Or the motherboard? Where should I start the diagnosis and disassemble to know what to order? Thank you for your feedback and your help.
@@olivierrostaing2922 hmm, maybe it's the accelerator - i suggest you keep riding it until it stops. Then diagnos. Because it hard to tell, usually it's stops with an error beep/led.

ну какие есть.. каждый экономит как может, незнаю на счет контактов, но продаеться вся проводка целиком, думаю эти контакты тоже можно гдето поискать отдельно, я не искал, потому-что не кто их не меняет когда я говорю.. типо пох. :) на сколько я знаю они горели на старыйх прошитых самокатах, на новых вроде нет. Но лично у меня не было такого, что на первой версии, что на Pro 2

@@Alex_Verso там провода не менались с самого начала, горит она и на новых и на старых.. все зависит от эксплуатации, у меня лично не было такого, не на старом не на новом... обжаты они хорошо, сколько не смотрел. Я думаю что коннекторы х**го качества, были бы они медные, не было б такого.
Я ездил зимой и у меня на валу эти подшипники намертво прикепели 😢

why did he have to take the 4 cables through that nut? what's the point? also that tool that looks like a long screw with the other pieces? do you have to go buy a long screw? sorry I'm not a mechanic, I just bought a new front wheel and going to replace but wondering if I can change the bearings on the old one, only 1500 miles and the bearings are screaming, my first m 365 I put in over 3000 miles and no issues with the bearings, but the pro one is giving me these problems now
