Just in case anyone does this - when you take out the main motor hub don’t get your fingers in the gap that opens as your doing this. There are extremely strong magnets that will “suck” it back in and trap your ur fingers with a lot of force

sorry no, take it apart and read whats on bearing written, there should be a numer 6001/6002 or 6003 rs
RS v RZ BEARINGS does it make a difference? One on my scooter which is a copy of this have 6202RZ bearings
RZ: The bearing side has a low friction seal lined with steel plate synthetic rubber (non-contact type); RS: The bearing side has a contact seal lined with synthetic rubber or polyurethane (contact type)
@@RMFUNTIK I have brought ZZ bearings to replace the RZ as the RZ Dont appear to be widely available as the RS/ RZ ...hopefully they will last
RZ bearings are not sealed (water, dust proof)..
А почему именно литиевую смазку использовали?
ты можешь просто wd смазать.. разницы нет.. я просто набил ее туда, чтобы вода не проникала.

It is customary to have 3 liters of hard liquor when working on the later models of this scooter. You CANNOT disconnect the rear wheel as easily due to the brown yellow and blue cable being screwed, meaning now you have to remove the battery just to get enough room for a tool
It's getting harder and harder to fix something...

What about the radial seals? Are there replacements available?
don't know, but you don't need to replace them, they are in good condition and you can grease them inside + the bearings have a good seal.
Great video! Was the scooter going like it was breaking or what was it that told you it was the bearings?
client wanted to change them just for maintenance :) they where fine, but you know, scooter was had 4000km on it.

i don't remember, a guess t10 with a hole. just buy your self a cheap set.. they cost like 5 dollars.

nop.. you can use any other grease for rubber bushings

Hi friend, thanks for the nice video! I need some support that I'm looking for a long time, hopefully you can help me. Do you know the correct code of each hall sensor inside the motor? I'm struggling to find it and I'm having problems to run my G30 due to that. It would be very very helpful. I almost could read it at 5'02" in 4k resolution...

But my concern still is that it seems that in the G30 motor, the central Hall Sensor is different than the other two. That means two types of hall sensor and my guess is that this is my problem now, I'm using the same Hall sensor in the all three positions...

i don't speak german, but i understand, you can use any grease you like... i'm using this one because i have it at moment, u can use even wd40 for sliding the bearings and some silicon or lithium base grease for gasket

Hi, my back tire is kind off jammed and the scooter died while i was riding it, but there was one cell battery left. What do you think is the issue ? Btw, nice video.
what do you mean by off jammed?
Like it rotates but with some thing like its in gear.... ? Or stuck to it .

Weird part is, there was battery left ... And stopped and then the tire is locked ... Not completely but it move with more effort. And the scooter does not turn on either. Also, I put it on charge last night thinking that the battery was down, but it did not turn on while i put it on charge. I checked today morning and its still not turning on. So, if its motherboard then just replace it? I am in Canada... Do you have any recommendations?
@@anshulkhatri6231 nope it not motherboard, guess it's BMS, check the voltage on the battery pack it should be 37-42v

you can hammer it, find a socket with the same diamentr as the outer ring of the bearing..

well, the scooter was about to hit 2000km, so i did change them, they where normal, but i decide to change them, because front bearings was kaput.

Ich hab es so ähnlich nach dem Lagerwechsel macht meiner Geräusche und kommt nur auf 10kmh und weiß nicht woran es liegt. Was war es bei dir?

А герметиком разве не нужно наносить на крышку аккумулятора,когда обратно ставишь?
зависит, от того будешь ли ты ездить в мокрую погоду или нет, у самоката рейтинг Ip54. + там штатная прослойка хорошая.

14:36 хорошо видно что с завода нанесён голубой герметик, (для гидроизаляции мотора) при разборе мотора вы его повредили! И при сборки не убрали заводской герметик и не нанесли новый! А при езде в дождь или снег - слякоть как раз на заднее мотор-колесо летит вся грязь и вода! Это же явный косяк при сборе мотора? Или я дурак просто.....
Где ты там увидел голубой герметик? Нету там герметика вообще. И основная причина воды в мотор, хреновые подшипники... А не крышка мотора. Я уже в 200 раз всем говорю, знаешь сколько моторов я уже перебрал? Не один мотор не был ржавый из-за крышки, только из-за того что подшипники оригинальнфе были дерьмовые.

yes you can put some sealant it won't be bad :) but the main water and dirt leak is from bad bearing seal
Off topic but does anyone know how to remove the yellow stripes from the rims ? I have tried a heat gun and also acetone but they seem to be painted / stuck on pretty good ? id like to jiust have the matt black rims with no colour ...

собрал без герметика . это косяк..
как было в оригинале, так и собрал.

а оно и не будет ржаветь.. вода протекает через подшипники, но тут два сальника еще стоят.. так что если ты его не кинешь в реку, ничего не будет.
