    Picking up a 2009 900 Classic LT this coming Saturday. Thank you so much for taking the time to make and post this video, it will help me and others tremendously! Happy Trails and yes, I did like and subscribe!

    Holy smokes that sounds like a totally different bike. I'm not sure I want to do it to 07 classic, but if I do I'm very thankful that you posted this video

    This was PERFECT!!! I just did that to my bike. Sounds awesome!!!! I used a 2 3/4 hole saw and it was a perfect fit. Also, don't forget the fuel management to get the increased HP and it will also stop the backfires and lag.

    Hey I really have to thank you! I love my 2011 Vulcan 900 but it really was too quiet. I just did this today and it sounds so so much better. I dont think I would've done this without seeing your video so big fat thumbs up, thank you.

      How exactly did you go about getting it out?

    • @shuacliff_7029
      @shuacliff_7029 4 года назад

      @@HeyJacobRS a few beers and as many friends. For me weakening the welds was the most frustrating. It really helped to remove as much metal as you can so that you can move the pipe around as much as possible. Or at least bend it out of the way. It took me at least 20 minutes of non stop "wiggling" to finally free it. You'll start to feel less resistance and you know you're close. Large vice grips helped. I'm not naturally mechanically inclined so it took me longer to complete this. But just be persistent. Definitely worth the effort.

    Do you have to retune or adjust the engine after removing the baffles? Is it safe to do on a new bike, or does it need broken in first?

    • @docsworld9707
      @docsworld9707  5 лет назад +1

    hey quick question, as far as changing oil screen. If you have ALREADY did the oil change, is it too late to change screen the day after, as I filled her up with oil already? i am worried that fresh oil will come out at this point, or is it a seperate compartment?

    • @docsworld9707
