How to install an outdoor socket

What didn’t you just put the cable through the back of the socket?

Thank you for your comment. I had limited space between the corrugated steel sheeting and the stainless bracket to fit the glands.

NYM-J isn't rated for exposure to direct sunlight though, you might want to paint it for UV protection or - if you're watching this video as a tutorial - use black NYY-J instead.
