      They might still charge her for that. That's a separate issue, and some of this takes time. I'm sure having this felony arrest on her record isn't doing her any favors. I truly hope she serves some time for robbing a dead man. And there should be consequences for the sheriff, the judge and the remaking people that can be seen on video stealing from a dead mans estate.

    She started out a Criminal judge and ended a Criminal. She's still not been charged with pretending to be a judge and stealing from a dead man and his wife. A court system full of Criminal officers and judges. 😠

      This is exactly why the Press has extra privileges in society. It's because journalism is supposed to be the check when government fails. Each branch of government has the power to oversee the other two. But when that fails, as it clearly has here with overt corruption, journalism's responsibility is to expose it to The People and see that the law is enforced.

    If that chief of police is “acting in good faith with everything they’ve done” then explain how they allowed a widow with dementia to be robbed within 24hrs after her husband passed away and the ENTIRE group of individuals involved haven’t been charged yet?? Sheriff’s office is suppose to protect and serve. They certainly didn’t protect and serve neither the widow, the gentleman who passed away nor his family.

    She used her position as a probate judge to rob from a dead man, entered his property and home where she had no business being. How many other people has she done this to? Somebody needs to go through the probate records in that county to see what else she has done.

      If she is sick enough to rob from a dead man, then I can guarantee she's shady enough to not document on her records what she's doing. The only person who knows the number of people she has victimized is her - and unless they come forward and speak about it themselves, the public will probably never find out.

    This sheriff needs to be voted out immediately.. he is a danger to the community. He can't be unbiased and is more than willing to cover up crimes no matter how serious it is. My bet is he's done this before and much more. He is a dirty rouge cop. That's what makes him a danger.. HE MUST GO..

      Look up the video where she robbed a man's family after he passed away. She went in and said she was the probate judge 7weeks before she was sworn in. Her and a few other gentleman took cash, a pistol, over 2k in electric dog collars and other stuff. Glad she got what was coming

      What he said ^ She pretended to be a Probate Lawyer before being sworn in under oath. Showed up at Slade Hollis's house after he died and was taken to the hospital. She showed up a few hours later and took cigarettes out of his truck. A gun went missing along with a gallon ziploc bag full of trash, $2k worth of gps dog collars, 2 Garmins. So I've been wondering what all she specifically got.

      The locals are hoping to be able to drop the charge, but if the journalists keep doing their job & we keep commenting she'll at least be hit with a felony criminal record for the terrifying & dangerous crime when all is said & done. Imagine the experience of the woman on the other side of that gun barrel.
      If this case end up right, the elder abuse case in the extreme, a man who is dead being ripped off & his worst nightmare occurring toward his dependent wife by this conscienceless, vile woman, whoever ends up handling the case should throw the book at her. Between the two, she'll likely be behind bars for as long as they can keep her there. I doubt she'll be getting much sympathy from anyone either. Now this is what we need to see in DC as well.
