as an AP English student you should know an argument appealing to ethos only matters if it correlates whatsoever... George saying he's a lawyer gives him no argument to say that smoking causes cancer. Instead, appeal to logic: provide a source or back up your claim with sound argument.

We got a former county sheriff where i live that appropriated over $400,000 that was meant to be for the food budget for the prisoners of the county jail.
10 years worth of funds spent buying him a ranch in Mexico. Took food from food banks, food pantries and donations to feed the prisoners. So in addition to taking state funds to pay for personal things, he also took food out of the mouths of the needy, the reason for the food banks in the first place.
He hasn't served a single day of his prison sentence because "he has prostate cancer"
And this man here probably wont see a day in prison either.
    Its all a joke

The video says the judge ordered him to turn over all of his guns before the trial even started and because he failed to do that, the judge punished him with 60 days in jail.
