In this video I demonstrate the "AUSoundIsotation" plugin in Logic Pro. It's a great stock plugin that allows you to reduce background noise, reverb, and other extraneous noise from your voice recordings. Support the sponsor of this video! My guy, you just saved me $$$ from purchasing Izotope RX just to use the Denoise function on an urgent job I needed to submit. May your days are filled with happiness, your car consumes less fuel, your fridge is always full, and your DAW doesn’t crash in the middle of bouncing tracks.
Most excellent as always Josh! I do think that the Logic AU Section deserves a video of its own or at least a thorough run through of all of its plugins. Gianni❤

Hello! My apologies for a quick off topic question....Where is my vertical zoom slider in my editor on an audio track...am I just imagining that it used to be there? I swear I used to not only have a vertical zoom slider in the editor when working on audio tracks, but wasn't I able to see more than one track in the editor.....like when I would line up vocal harmonies etc.....please help as I feel like I am going crazy wondering where the vertical zoom slider went in the editor
Josh, can this be used on multiple tracks of a drum kit when time correcting with Flex? Would the tracks need to be bounced first with the plug in prior to time correcting?

Agreed - I've done a pretty extensive search to see if anyone else has done a run through of the AU section and I've not found any.

I've never even given the AU plugs a look. Nice.
This really helps if you're using two separate audio samples but you want them to be cohesive
Had no idea this was here! Thank you! It took away the edge of some nasty mic hiss.
How great is this! So far, I´ve used the Final Cut Pro to do the same job. A lot of hassle which now, thanks to you, are over. Thank you so much! 🙂
Bro…amazing channel. Thank you!
That sounds great. Where was this tip before I spent money on software that does this? Keep the good info flowing!
Now you tell me! This can be a live saver in many video tracks.

Where can I download the component ? I have an older version of Mac AND logic pro X
Como siempre! Grandioso👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Nice! I will use this and bounce the track to then use my fx chain.

Great tip! Thank you for all your work always!
Great tool and tip, thanks so much!
Amazing I have an oxygen machine that messes with vocals and this does help vocals
another great tip! thank you!
Thank you!
If I'm not mistaken, this is the same "plugin" (code/algorithm) that runs when you select "Voice Isolation" during a call on your iPhone/iPad.
Extremely useful! Thx.
This is dope! Thanks man
WoW, thats so nice to know. 👍✌
my Logic Pro doesn't have this. is this a newer addition?
Thank you
I didn’t know it existed 😅 thank you 🙏
Nice. Tks!
Very helpful thanks
Sounds crazy
Thanks man!🤘🏾

Marvellous!
Looks like a great tool! Why doesn't it show up in my Logic? 12.7.2 Monterey/Logic 10.7.9
thank you 🖤
Спасибо большое, очень полезно...
Thankyou
Thank you sir

Hello. I don't have this plugin. Does anybody might know why and how to get it? I find it very useful as every tutorial in this channel.
I don't have this stock plugin. I have the latest version of logic and I reset my mac. What should I do?
It's in the latest version. Look under Audio Units, then Apple as Josh shows in the video.
why don't I have this plugin downloaded?
Dude! Thanks I had no idea this was available. How long has it been there?
When I found it a couple weeks ago I did some research. It’s been around since 2022.
Wow 🙌🏻🙌🏻💯🔥
I think my Macbook is too old for this plugin. I tried updating my mac but i can't go pass Catalina
Why can't I find AUSoundIsolation in my Logic Pro 10.7.4 (on Monterey)?
I don´t have it in Monterey.
Game changer.

Looks like the built-in audio sound isolation in Final Cut Pro X
Probably the same. And wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same as Voice Isolation on Mac/iPad/iOS VOIP-calls to.
you mean i've paid 10 dollars for waves de-verb when i had this built in?!!?
Where do you put this? Top or bottom of your channel strip….
I do not find it

Hi there ..! i can't find it on the 10.7.5 version is that normal ? Btw ur channel is very good 👌🏾
Same, my version is even older. But if you get a reply
looks look my guy hit the dab and said alrighty let’s start recording. lol good video tho!
Is it basically a gate?
More like noise reduction with a gate.
Where is AUSoundIsolation in Logic? I can't find it.

HELP ! How do I get it on my cracked version ??
Whoa: AUSoundIsolation just saved my ass!!
I've never seen any content regarding the AU plug-ins. Are any of em even worth trying out in a Logic session? Curious now...
