Make sure it matches your passport. If your current AU visa name and passport is different, just consult to check which name should you use.
I forgot to mention:
If you will not be invited within 2 years of eoi application, or in between your skills assessment, NAATI, and english test expires, you might need to re-apply again. Please take note of the expiry dates and re-take ahead of time to prevent it to expire prior invitation.

Hi! Which branch of PRC did you go to to have you COGS emailed to ANMAC? I had mine release by las piñas and they said they don’t email and if I had to send it over via mail, I had to do it by myself.

Yes. 190 for offshore, I’m not sure. Depends on the residency requirements as it is State Sponsored.

Hello! Kindly check and read the description of each anszco code where it all fits. I am not expert on that. You could choose and anmac might decide on which. The abs website is in my vlog.

btw after you got your PR, did you apply for a hospital job while still in the PH, or did you go to AU first and then apply onshore?

Hello! Thanks! I was onshore when I did my OBA, and already working in hospitals as AIN so they’ve just absorbed technically. But if you’re offshore, there’s plenty of jobs online such as seek, indeed, linkedin, hospital websites, and eve in Facebook.

Yes, you could still update your eoi, not until you get invited to apply for a visa. Make sure you have the evidence prior adding your spouse’s points in the EOI.

In our case, my partner is the nurse and I'm really keen to understand the process as well as we're looking to start our processing real soon.
I clearly noticed in your video's thumbnail that you have AHPRA, ANMAC and English test checked, so I'm getting the assumption that they're pre-requisites for logging an EOI. But would like to confirm once and for all-
[Q] can one log an EOI for PR visas (189/190) when the applicant doesn't have any AU nursing license YET or in-progress? that they can be processed in parallel? Forgive my ignorance or I might have missed it but I haven't seen AHPRA registration explicitly stated in the list of the requirements for the PR visas besides the positive skills assessment (ANMAC), English test and the rest to tally the points.
We're just looking for ways to make our processing more efficient (DIY hopefully), looking to hear from you. Thanks and more power to your channel! :)

Unfortunately, you need to be Ahpra registered (AURN) prior applying for ANMAC, which is also a requirement for EOI application. So technically, you need everything as ticked prior EOI application.
Also, in the anszco code that you’re applying for the EOI, it’s an RN code so you have to be AU RN to fit in the skilled migrant visa.

If no skills assessment, ung competent lang po. If d pa Ahpra registered, wla pang anmac eh. Yes, don’t put unless may result na, kc need ung scores sa EOI.

A quick question regarding the skills assessment section. I have recently applied for skills assessment with ANMAC and still awaiting (3 weeks) for positive skill assessment / LOD from them. You mentioned in your video that you submitted your EOI before you got your LOD / positive skill assessment, may I ask what date did you entered? (Date of application?) and is it the reference number from the date of application or receipt number from payment?
Hello! It’s a risk to take actually. I wouldnmt advise it, but it’s the application date and recipt number that I have entered. 😊

So if you enter the application date in the EOI and later submit your positive skills assessment / LOD which has a different date stated on it, it does not matter?
@@kenlau1557 I haven’t had the chance to change if when I was invited. It was not an issue then. Maybe the best thing to do is once you have the LOD, just update your EOI. It will be safest.
Good day, i tried to compare my eoi summary points verus my immigratiom points calculation, i have discrepancy of 5 point in education/qualification? What did I overlooked?
I claimed 15 in Education [indicating my overseas Bachelors degree]
While in immig points, under education qualification, I only got 10 as the the options are limited which resulted me on choosing assessement authority .

Just asking, I have recently applied for ANMAC and submitted only 1 reference with 4 years experience, is that the only experience I can claim points for PR? If I will put all of my experiences in EOI, do I need to tick 'yes' for 'employment related to the nominated occupation' even if it's not included in my ANMAC? Thanks a lot for your help!
Hello! I would think that whatever you’ve claimed for ANMAC, that’s the only points you could apply for PR. I have entered all my experience in my PR even if I haven’t included it in my anmac. That’s fine if you tick yes if it’s related but not claim points if not claimed.

Hello! You will only know once you’ve opened your account and check when is the last updated date. You can try to make a new one, but might ask you to retrieve your old account instead. Just try. I waited for 4 mos. Though, my friend’s eoi that I applied and have used in this vlog only waited for less than 2 weeks, as 190 NSW rounds came in and she got invited.
Hi question lang po. Do we need to have separate EOI ID/acc when we select a visa? Or its okay to have one like we can just tick the visa we want in same account?

Same question here ..😢 in groups they’re highly suggesting to create separate accounts for separate eoi. But I don’t know if that really applies now😢

You could add it, and put as related, but I am not sure if you could claim points for it. I can’t give any advise as I only want to be safe. I only claimed whatever is on my anmac.

Hello Mam Haze, I've been watching your videos especially the step by step Anmac, it has been very helpful to me. I have a question lang po regarding English test. I have a valid English test but will expire this August. Is it ok to apply EOI with that English test? so that I can process now. then I will take the exam while waiting for the invite.
Hello! Thank you!! English test is valid for 3 years for migration visa purposes. You could apply with your existing but my only issue is that, you’ll have to put your scores for each subtest in your EOI application, which might be different with new test. But anyway, you could update your eoi once you have a new result. Maybe you’ll get invited before August anyway. Make sure you lodge it prior expiry. All the best! 🙏

Hello Haze, if you did a conversion program (1 year) for Bachelor of Nursing in Perth, can you claim points for studying in a regional area?
Hello! I am not sure with that. The study requirements needs to be under cricos study, 2 years or 16 mos, or at least 92 weeks of study. You need to meet the study requirement to claim points for it. If you meet it, then you can claim the regional study if you’ve studied and have stayed in a regional area during those times. I wouldn’t think a 1 year conversion meets the study reqts.
Hi Haze, hindi ako mapakali :D i just wanted to clarify and ensure the PTE cuz i dont want to retake agaain its too expensive.hehehe I have PTE academic results already. I had it for Uni and I got it 23/12/2021 - valid until 23/12/2023. Is this still acceptable cuz you said within 36months is acceptable
Hello! For Visa purposes it’s valid for 36 months, which means until 23/12/2024. But only when you have lodged your EOI and visa before that date.

Can the dependant of 189 visa submit his or her Bachelor degree school certificate transcript, when applying for EOI, instead of PTE, IELTS, OET etc?
No. Only Primary, depends if English requirement is required or you’ll want to gain additional points or if skilled from your dependentWhatever you put in the EOI, you should have it on hand.

@@user-nh8bi9gy7p Mam, I am not entitled to advice po as I am not a MARA agent. You could check the points calculator to see about that. Dependents could either claim 5 or 10 points from english and skills assessments. Functional english is still required if no dependent points to claim. Goodluck!

Depends when you will apply for EOI and when you will get invited.

Ideally yes, put not related if not relevant to the role.
If my referee doesn't have work related email,then what i can do in that case.
I think it wouldn’t harm to put the personal email. It’s for anmac right? That should be fine. As long as they could reach the referee.

As long as you meet the min points (65) regardless of exp, you should be fine. As per the new rule exp is not required.

Hello! I think not necessarily. The prof reference is only if you’ll claim points for RN experience that you want them to review. Otherwise, just choose NEC as anszco code. I think that’s fine. You need to declare ung refusal mo, then mend your reason for refusal para my chance na mgrant.

Hello! Unfortunately, once yoj’ve declared him as De Facto 5 points na lang mcclaimed mo, unless he have a competent english and a positive skills assessment in Australia then that will be 10. You could declare hin pa dn if you opt to take the single path pero mas hassles and expensive din ang Partner visa later on. Although mas challenging dn iproved and De facto relationship if ksama siya sa PR mo pro mas cost effective. If you could work on your points like a better english test scores to put up your score, that would help. Consult a MARa agent if you get stuck. Goodluck!

Hello! Yes, that’s correct. I am on a bridging visa for my 485, which is my graduate working visa. I was on a student visa when I entered AU, and that made me eligible to apply for 485. Otherwise, I could have applied for 482 working sponsorship visa if I got my AURN rego before my student visa expired.

It all depends sa immi, and the completeness of your application. May take weeks or few months. You can apply for EOI without employer. But you have to be invited to apply for PR after EOI submission.

Hello! If you’ve declared that experience and license to ahpra on registration, they would really need a cogs from that board of nursing or your registration won’t be completed.

You don’t need to upload any documents with EOI application. You’ll just need to have the reqts discussed on hand to fill up the application, such as passport, english test, coe etc.

You can put it as part of your work experience but you can’t claim any points for it.

Wala po sa choices kasi employer sponsored po siya. You have to coordinate with your employer as they need fo nominate you first prior application.
