Excellent explanation. I am delighted to know that you are one of those helpful people by your sharing in this video. I am a Pinoy Aussie and I can highly recommend your vlog to others who are interested in migrating to Australia.
You made a right choice in migrating to Australia because quality of life in Australia is way, way above other countries. This is important because you have a family. A note to future applicants, just be truthful always. Thanks God for the government of Australia because they really take care of its citizens. All the best and God bless you and your family.

By that time, may years of work experience na din sya which is also plus points. Maganda po dito sa Australia, maayos ang government at ginagamit sa tao ang taxes. Ngayong panahon ng pandemic, kahit yung mga International Students ay sinupport ng Australian Government.
Godbless sa journey and stay safe.

Hi Rosanna, this is Klaudine. Thanks for checking our vlog! I do not have a job prior to migrating in Australia. For Arsie, he started to look for a job a month before our planned migration date and luckily, he was hired before we migrate.
For working condition, Australia is known for having "work life balance" and jobs are well compensated. Australians we’ve met are nice. I remember his boss being thoughtful, I received a gift from his company after I gave birth to Kloud. If you’re interested to check on jobs or to have better idea, go to seek.com.au and au.indeed.com. That’s the job site we used before.
As for living condition, thanks for asking and your interest. We really want to create more videos relating to that but we’re on lockdown. We really want to show Australia, but to be able to, we have to wait for the condition to be better so we can film outdoor.

We both considered Australia and Canada dahil nakita namin na maganda pareho and Quality of life. Some of our major considerations kaya nag pursue kami sa Australia ay dahil mas malapit sa PH, mas madaming job opportunities sa IT and mas kakayanin namin ang weather =)

Good day! Yes, in demand ang engineers dito sa Australia. Bawat engineering sector may kanya kanyang demand on every state. And tama ka din na nag slowdown ngaun because of pandemic. New fiscal year will be on July 1, kaya reset lahat ng invitation quota =)
Ok yan na nagpreprepare na din kayo, kase we will never know kung bigla silang mag invite ng madami. Nangyari na yun nung wala pang pandemic, nag invite sila ng 1k-4k for 9 months sa visa 189 palang nung start ng fiscal year 2018-2019.

    • @TheGermanStory
      @TheGermanStory  3 года назад +2

      Hi Charles,
Good day! During our time, wala naman kaming natatandaan na mag select ng location. Chineck namin ngayon ung PTE and napansin namin na may location sya which we think na kaya may location dahil may certain " Current Goal" per country. If you try to select Canada, ang availale "Current Goal" option lang nya is to "Study" but if you choose Australia, yung "Current Goal" options nya is to "Settlement", "Study", "Join Family" and "Work".
We think na pwede mong i-choose yung Australia or Multiple. Siguro nilagay nila yung country selection para hindi magkamali ang candidates, kase like for example in Canada, if you want to "Study", you can use PTE but if you want to "Migrate", you need to use IELTS. Hindi tinatanggap ni Canada ang PTE English Test for Migration.
      Thank you din and Godbless!

Hi Ma’am thank you for this wonderful video. I’am torn if I’ll push through with the student visa or try the visa 189 instead. I’am an offshore accountant (non-cpa) for 5 years already under a BPO company here in the Philippines for a chartered ANZ accounting firm based in Mackay Queensland. I’m kinda worried if my skill set would give me a positive result from the assessing body. Hopefully yes since I have already gained experience in the Australian Accounting System. I’ve visited Australia in 2018 sponsored by my employer. From then on I wanted to migrate in Australia. I just got recently married last July and hoping that me and my husband would be able to migrate in Australia soon. Manifesting! ✨

Omg I like your video. You so calm and sweet. Anyway, I always have a plan to migrate since then. I tried my luck in Japan twice but it turned out that it wasn’t meant for me. I am eyeing Australia now and I am just taking it slow because I need to gain more experience maybe 3 years of job experience will suffice. I am also saving because it is expensive to migrate. However, I am a licensed social worker and I checked it out and it is included on their list both subclass 189 and 190. Also planning to pursue my Masters in Social Worker here before migrating. I think I need it and will somehow help me since I am turning 23 now. By the time of my migration, I am probably already 26 or 27 and having Masters degree hopefully is an edge. I did some research as well with my assessing authority which is the Australian Associatin of Social Workers. I already met some of the requirements aside from the 3 years minimum jon experience here in Philippines and the IELTS exam. All the best to me. Thanks for this video! 👍🏻

Hi Gabriel, thank you for the kind words. Your plan is on point for age because the sweet spot is between 25-33 years old which will give you the max 30 points. For education, take note that Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree are with the same points of 15 (no additional points for Master's Degree). What we can suggest is to continue to get more relevant experience with your career (target ANZSCO code) because 5 to 8 years of relevant experience will give you 10 points (3 to 5 years of relevant experience will give you 5 points) and/or if you can work while studying for Master's Degree, then great, because the assessing authority will assess your highest qualification.
You may use the official points calculator of Australia below:
      immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/departmental-forms/online-forms/points-calculator
Godbless on your journey to Australia. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with us here. Have a great day and stay safe! ^_^

      @TheGermanStory  4 года назад +1

@@gabrielsalamat, from our experience, yes, as long as relevant sa ANZSCO code and not less than 6 months ang work experience. You can try to include all relevant work experience dahil si assessing authority naman din ang mag decide nyan kung counted or not counted yan sa work experience mo. And another tip, keep all your payslips, mapa hardcopy or softcopy from the company in case hingiin nila as additional proof na nagwork ka talaga dun sa ni-list mo na work experience sa assessment. In preparation na din yan dahil kapag na-invite ka na ni Australia, isa yan sa mga gagamitin mong proof kapag nag visa lodging ka na.

May clarify lang po ako sa work experience requirements, dba po need ng COE, if yung experience ko is from 3 different company, I need to submit 3 COEs? No format required for those COEs as long as stamped sya by the company?

    • @TheGermanStory
      @TheGermanStory  3 года назад +1

      Hello MenggayTV,
•Start and Finish Dates of Employment - these should be specific dates in a DD/MM/YYYY format.
      •Position title.
•Description of Duties Performed - Required to determine the relevance of the experience to the nominated occupation.
•Breakdown of any earlier roles and list of duties the applicant may have performed for the same employer - if applicable.
•Hours worked - Full time or Part time and actual hours worked per week.
      •Country where Employment was undertaken.
•Company Letterhead and signed by an authorised person for the organisation (digital signatures are acceptable and must be verifiable).
Mejo dyan nagtatagal yung pag-aayos ng COE kase dapat detailed and duties/responsibilities mo, hindi pwedeng generic COE kase dyan i-base ni assessing authority kung counted or not counted yung years of experience mo for AU application.

      OUR EXPERIENCE
From our experience, we re-used the notarized documents from EOI (Expression Of Interest) during Visa lodging. The additional documents that we uploaded does not need to be notarized like screenshots/softcopy of SSS, Phil Health, ID Picture and the likes. For documents like NBI Clearance, just make sure to scan it in Full color, we did not notarize this document as well.

Hello Kenneth, kung mag-susubmit kayo ng EOI before marriage, need mo syang i-add as partner and mag gather kayo ng proof na mag-partner kayo talaga. Like joint bank account, travel bookings (airplane tickets and hotel bookings na parehong name nyo nandun), photographs together, apartment contract, testimonials from friends/family na magpartner talaga kayo and etc.
Kapag naman mag EOI kayo after marriage, i-submit nyo yung marriage cert, wedding photographs and since freshly married palang kayo, dagdag nyo na din ung mga proof dun sa minention ko above.
Hindi nyo need na magkasama physically before submitting an EOI, pero need mo syang iinclude sa EOI application mo. Then gather all the proofs na mag-partner talaga kayo kase hihingin yan to prove na legitimate ang relationship nyo.

      Hi Geraldine,
Good day! Honestly, the only change that we noticed during this pandemic regarding visa application is the low number of invitation especially when you are outside Australia (greatly affected by border closures), but, if you are qualified and can get high points, then you can apply for EOI (FREE and valid for 2 years) and wait for the invitation to ramp up (especially from July 1 because of new fiscal year). Remember that the higher the points and earliest EOI gets the invite. We know a number of people who successfully migrated to Australia during the pandemic on both PR and working visa (their application was processed successfully this year).
For us, if something's not right with the current situation, the only option is to move forward. From our story, we both have good career episodes (PH and SG), but since we are not together, we also know that something is not right. We sacrifice time to research on the process for AU visa, we did self review for PTE exam and gather all those documents needed (and it's honestly the most difficult part). Our goals are greater than the difficulty in the visa application because we know that it's our only option to be together and build a family.
      Godbless!

      Hi SJ Family,
Good day! Yes, you don’t have to leave your current job/employer while your visa is in process. Once granted, you can still stay with your current employer and migrate once you’re all ready. If this is one of your option after visa grant, just make sure to comply with the “initial entry” requirement.

Hello, Ma'am, thank you for this awesome content, very informative and inspiring. :)
Me and my wife are planning na din to migrate in Australia. We stumbled upon your video and we felt already na we're in a good start.
I just want to confirm, magbabayad lang ng visa fee (roughly 4k +2k (for secondary applicant) AUD) once na mainvite na to apply right? And it is already safe to assume na it will be granted given that the documents submitted are complete and correct? Were there instances kaya na di na-approve ang visa? What could have possibly went wrong with such cases? Kinda anxious lang on that part dahil malaking pera din siya hahaha.
Thank you in advance! Stay safe and more blessings to your family.

      Hi Jerome,
Good day! Yes, magbabayad lang ng visa fee once ma-invite na. Considering tama ang lahat ng documents, we can say na it's already 99% approved. Yung remaining 1% is about health, kaya always be healthy. May kakilala kaming na-reject ang application dahil na-overclaim ng points. Kaya always check your claimed points and backed it up with documents. =)
Thank you din sa support. Godbless and stay safe! =)

Thanks po, that's good to hear, nakakadagdag ng confidence. :)
Additional question, hindi naman necessary na same kami ni wife ng profession noh? (She's a pharmacist btw). I just wanna make sure, ito yung nakalagay sa pag-claim ng points sa Partner Skills, "had nominated a skilled occupation that is on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated skilled occupation", tama po noh, basta included lang din dun sa list yung profession ni wife, we can claim yung corresponding points (given na na-assess siya ng relevant assessing authority).
Thank you for answering our questions. Laking tulong po. :)

Good day! Ang pagkakaintindi namin sa same list ung profession nyo:
Example, yung skill mo is under MLTSSL (Medium- and Long-Term Strategic Skill List), dapat yung skill din ni partner mo is nasa same list ng MLTSSL. If yes, eligible kayo sa +10 for partner skill points given na macomplete ung assessment at ung english exam.
If naman nasa MLTSSL ang skill mo pero si partner ay nasa STSOL, hindi pwedeng mag claim for +10, pero pwede naman kayo sa +5 as long as mag english exam si partner with competent english.

    • @TheGermanStory
      @TheGermanStory  3 года назад

      Hi Kevin,
Good day! Honestly, sa point-tested na visa like visa 189, mababa ang chance na ma-invite with minimum points kase ang priority nila is to give the invitation to the highest pointer in the queue. Possibly, maabutan lang ng expiration yung EOI mo (which is 2 years) then need mo ulit mag-apply.
You may want to try other visa options like company sponsored visa kase once na ok ka sa company, direct nilang aapplyan ka ng visa. But remember, ang company sponsored visa is not a permanent resident visa which is ok naman, kase may path to permanent resident visa naman yan. You can start to check job portals like Seek, Indeed and LinkedIn, then check if yung job posting nila ay may company sponsorship.

      Hi Vincent,
We tried to answer your question as honest and transparent as possible, but please take note that we are not a migration agent and/or affiliated to any agency. All information provided is via the official Australia Home Affairs website (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au) and current news in Australia:
      •For Visa 189:
Currently, it's quite challenging to predict on when will you get the invitation to apply/lodge for the visa because of pandemic. Their priority is the below list of occupation, but since Australia will be opening its border to some international students from next month, we are also expecting changes from their occupation invites:
Chief Executive or Managing Director (111111)
      Construction Project Manager (133111)
      Mechanical Engineer (233512)
      General Practitioner (253111)
      Resident Medical Officer (253112)
      Psychiatrist (253411)
      Medical Practitioner nec (253999)

      Registered Nurse (Medical) (254418)
      Registered Nurse (Mental Health) (254422)
      Registered Nurse (Perioperative) (254423)
      Registered Nurses nec (254499)
      Developer Programmer (261312)
      Software Engineer (261313)
      Maintenance Planner (312911)
Official Link for Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List:
      immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/employing-and-sponsoring-someone/sponsoring-workers/pmsol
      •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
      •For Visa 190:
It depends on the State whether they follow the priority occupation list or add other occupation from their invites. As an example, below is the current guidelines for visa 190 in New South Whales:
      -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
      Invitation Rounds
During an invitation round, EOIs in are ranked within an occupation code in order of:
      1. Point score
      2. English proficiency
      3. Years of skilled work experience in your nominated occupation
The highest ranking EOIs up to the number of places available for a given occupation are generally issued an invitation to apply. When an EOI was submitted, or amended, does not affect its ranking.
Invitation rounds occur ongoing throughout the Australian financial year - there are no set dates. We will not respond to requests for the date of upcoming invitation rounds.
Because of the fluid nature of the NSW SkillSelect candidate pool, we cannot predict what point score/English score/work experience will be sufficient to be invited in future invitation rounds.
We will not prioritise candidates on the basis of visas expiring, losing points or eligibility, or living and working in NSW.
      -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
All States in Australia have their own visa 190 criteria, you may want to check the guidelines of your chosen State.
NSW - Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190):
      www.business.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-visas/Skilled-Nominated-visa-subclass-190
      •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
And YES, Australia is in NEED of teachers. They have a lot of advertisements via News, Newspaper, Radio and even RUclips Ads.
For both visa 189 and 190, if you can still maximize your points the better, because your application will overtake the lower points even if you just lodged your EOI. Godbless on your journey, keep in touch.
