Hi Nurse Haze, what if naka-482 visa po pero andito pa si Pinas and waiting na lang ng OEC baka mga 2weeks lipad na po to Au. Naka-receive po ako invitation for 189. Do you suggest na sa Au ko na sya ilodge or kahit habang andito po ako sa Pinas pwede? Iniiisp ko po kasi yung isasagot ko sa current location, baka gumulo.

I've heard from many individuals invited for the 189 visa that even if they haven't claimed points for work experience, they are still being asked to provide evidence of their work history in the application form. Why is that? I thought if I haven't claimed points for work experience, I should leave that section blank when completing the application form. Am I correct? Or should I provide information about work experience even if it's not directly related to my occupation?

    • @itssuperhazeG

So i only have an old cert of employment dated June 2023 from the start date of 2014. Will I still be able to submit that as an evidence document or do i need the latest COS? 😢

Hello! If you’re exp from EOI, PR invitation, and Skills assessment would cover at least 8 years until June 2023, then that’s fine. Although the coe should say start and end date, I guess. The last 10 years now covers June 2014-June 2024. If it’s a no hassle get an updated COE for PR submission requirments.

Saudi - if you have it before exiting, that would do, otherwise you can’t get another one and you might need to submit a statutory declaration why you don’t have it or can’t get it.
