What isn't mentioned that housing is a big problem in Australia with over 100,000 homeless already, so what is available is VERY EXPENSIVE. The housing difficulties is expected to last sevaral years.

Please I am a structural engineer with a PhD and have published a lot of articles in English, can this be used to waive off the English language test (IELTS) AND all my education in English?
Hi, thanks for your video. That gives me a lot of useful information. I have already liked. May I ask, if my spouse can not meet IELTS 5.5, Can I apply for 189 Visa? Thanks so much.
It doesn't make sense to take AMC which costs a fortune , if i pass the exam then i don't even need to apply for 189 visa , i can just apply for any general practitioner jobs in linkedin after getting my registeration , home affairs must revise the general practitioner assessment process , be cause i does not make sense .
PLEASE NOTE. It is also important to understand that housing in Australia IS IN SHORT SUPPLY and there are over 100,000 HOMELESS Australians ( including 10,000 children). This is expected to last for several years. Consequently accomodation IS VERY EXPENSIVE throughout Australia so check this fact BEFORE you commit yourself. There are to many people who tell the good parts but not the probelms.
Housing crisis is an issue that happens in various parts of the world such USA, Canada, UK etc so it nothing surprising as people remain homeless in several part of the world due to not being able to afford rent. On what grounds and basis did you conclude and generalize that accomodation is expensive throughout the entirety of Australia?? Have you been to every facet of Australian cities across the country?? Am sure that's a big no. Australia is composed with metropolitan cities and regional cities, you can't compare accommodation prices with metropolitan cities to that of regional cities, there is a huge difference in there prices so let's not be dense and say accomodation is expensive throughout the entire Australia. Not sure you have been to UK or Canada but citizens of those countries pay way higher taxes than any Australian can imagine. In UK or Canada, you can pay tax as high as 50% of your earnings but for Australia it not the case, they do pay tax but not as high as Canada and UK. All these are factors to what contribute to people being homeless. What the government does with the tax is also another factor if they decide to build more houses or focus on social amenities, it's up to them. Not trying to defend Australia or anything but using housing crisis as an excuse dosen't justify why people should remove the thought of coming here because several other developed countries experience housing crisis issues for number of years. The 100k homeless people you even mentioned is way smaller compare to what I've seen Canada or other developed countries out there.
Yes. Also in Nz. I would not advise people who are currently employed and who already owns hoyses to come to nz. All these visas cost lots of money as well
Not really but if you have studied in Australia then it would add more points to your profile. Having studied in Australia helps one improve his chances on getting approved for the 189 visa but it is not mandatory to have studied in Australia to apply for the 189 visa.

Hello Bruce. I am not familiar with WES, but if they are the listed authority for migration assessments in your occupation here in Australia, then yes, an evaluation of your qualifications is compulsory for some skilled migration visas like the one mentioned in this video. Thanks
It is Impossible to obtain General Registration (= positive skill assessment) without working in australia for at least 1 year (that is after passing the exams). So Michael, could not apply overseas and land for the first time in Australia as a permanent resident through 189 visa - medical practitioner!
Yea.. I think there is a little gap in the information. A positive skill assessment from the Medical Board will require at least some form of registration with the MBA, which can't be gotten without a job, especially if one is on the standard pathway. Perhaps something new that is unknown happened.
This is a detailed video, however i have some questions. Firstly, assuming my spouse doesn't want to migrate and i am not coming with mu kids do I have to apply for them also alongside my application. Secondly what is the cost for visa application if any?
