    Hello Ms. Jordan,
Do we need to wait for the Notice to post in the Federal Registry before we can file? Or that's not a requirement?

The federal registry post was updated today. I applied for PIP this morning for my husband. it was accepted, and I already received notice of case action. It was A receipt notice.

I am going to file for my husband (here since 2097) and I understand there is a letter I need to write supporting why he deserves this parole etc. He has worked in this country (undocumented) since his entry. My question is: in my letter, (and application) do I show that he has been working (undocumented). We have taxes together, bank statements, etc. I am worried that because it clearly shows he is / has been working for companies without the correct ssn (we file with the itin number) he will be unable to receive this pip and be flagged

I haven’t left since and was granted Witholding of removal a10 status in 2012. No criminal record. Been working & paying taxes since. Have copies of everything. Even have my return plane ticket from 2003.
