    Hello: my brother came with parole in NOv 2023. I have entered a I130 petition as my brother. What will happen if the 2 yesr go by and the petition has not been approved? Anything else we can do?

      Your brother's application is going to take longer than 2 years, and he can't get it here

    What about Family Reunification for Salvadorean, is it still valid? I have I134A form approved.
    Do you think I should continue with the process?

    • @BrazenLegal
      @BrazenLegal  2 месяца назад +2

      If your I-134A has been confirmed, absolutely continue with the process to get the travel authorization before it's too late.

      @BrazenLegal one more question, I submitted 4 I134A forms but I have only received 3 of them as approved. What should I do to get info about the one missing?

    Hello bianca! i apply for my family in haiti in 2023 but they have called everyone else but not my family. do they just wait or can i just write them a 1month visa so when they come i can apply for them a green card.

    • @BrazenLegal
      @BrazenLegal  11 дней назад

      Unfortunately, they are probably not going to call your family. This program was a lottery from the beginning, and the Trump Administration ended the CBP One program today, so this program isn't available anymore.

    Hello i was just wondering if someone in Haiti who is still waiting for the application approval from last year are they still approving people to come to usa under this program whos applications are pending?

    Hey! I've been waiting since august 26 2023, from Nicaragua ( I'm the beneficiary) but I just wanted to kindly confirm that if they do not approve my application before it ends that means that's it? like USCIS isn't going to review the pending applications? the pending applications just won't matter at all after it ends? if so, its sad that people like me can wait more than a year only for the pending application to never be reviewed. i was denied 2 student visas recently and this was like my only hope for me since i lived in the us for 12 years previously on a student visa. always done things the legal way, sad to see that this is the way the system works. if you have any advice for me id appreciate it a lot.

      Hello, I understand your frustration with this program. Applications may continue to e processed until the end. Consider consulting with an immigration lawyer to see what options you have to re-enter the U.S.

    I have some people that came under this program and their status will expire in June 2026. should I apply for TPS or Employment Authorization Document (EAD). I know EAD is for 5 years? is TPS only for 2 years?

    Hello, greetings! Please, your answer will be greatly appreciated. I am married to an American citizen and we are about to submit the i-130 form, but we are looking to speed it up cus she is about to undergo major back surgery soon and needs a lot of humanitarian assistance, her 16-year-old daughter is still in college and her mother suffers from a chronic heart problem, so no one is available to help her, can the reasons serve as a good reason to speed up?

    Why would anyone want paroles from other countries to come in here when we have enough immigrants let alone people on parole ,its insane .We the people the taxpayers of this country did not vote on this and worse than that were totally unaware of this bizarre program. You will be among the first ones to be deported !

One of my friend works 15 hour shifts at a restaurant (5 days in a row) making a dollar an hour to be able to afford the basic necessities. These people are hardworking and deserve a chance at a normal life and freedom. You know a dozen eggs cost 15 dollars? How is that possible when the average monthly salary of a doctor is less than $25?
