If you had an order of deportation but the case was reopened and the dismissal was granted, you should still answer "Yes" to the question, "Have you ever been in removal proceedings?" in which part can I clarify that i had but it was dismissed
@@santiduran6505hey, so I was thinking about the same thing. I saw the application and saw that it seemed easy l. In the end I decided to pay the lawyers 3.8k for the submission of the application l. I ended up getting family support so I took the lawyers. I think it had its pros and cons I did a lot of research because I was going to submit it myself, but when i met with the lawyers I did see, that I had some things I did not know. The biggest thing I notice is when I’m the application they asked why you should receive the parole: the lawyers wrote and worded my case a lot better than I ever could.
@@santiduran6505also not too mention there the I-130 to be filled, the work permit, ssn, and the adjustment of status. I think it’s best to just stick with a larger and have them advise you through the whole process

So our family had to reschedule our biometrics appointment online due to a conflict, and it was successful. One concern I have is, there are two numbers you can provide to verify your information (Alien number or Receipt number), and I entered my I485 receipt number for mine. But my biometrics was supposed to be for both I485 and I765. Do you think this could be a problem or am I okay?

@@NorthernStark i actually went to go speak with an attorney today and asked the same question. She said it is actually not required to apply again for the work permit, especially since you just got it. She advised to apply for AOS as soon as my parole is granted though. Hope this helps :)

@lifewithsheno5581 Legally enter people have already have the chance to get a status when marrying a US citizen easier and faster than someone who entered illegally. People who entered legally and overstayed don't need a waiver and pretty much as soon they get their's I130 aproved they're already eligible to File for Adjustments of Status and eventually get a green card.

I don't think so because of the B1 visa. Parole is for people who have not been admitted into the united states. You were admitted with the b1 visa.
