Can’t get nterested in something your not exposed to, are there any high schools that have a shop or auto shop class anymore? Let alone junior high schools ? Elementary straight to high school these days If s not all tic tocs fault 🤣 ✌️
@ it seems that the only trade schools are community colleges in some towns. Local high schools used to offer trade classes but they removed those in lieu of computer programs. Not everyone wants to geek out on a keyboard.
Very enjoyable video Dan. It reminds me of watching my brother in his shop. It’s too bad the younger generation isn’t interested in getting into that type of work. Thanks for bringing us along.
Im thinking that you all checked the size of the roller bearing journal and seal area to ensure size is correct. I seen runout was good .Give that block and oil passages a good cleaning before reinstallation . Nice machine shop , great educational video Thanks for sharing ⚙🔩🔧
That kind of machine shop is becoming a thing of the past now around my area. If we want engine work done, we have to go to a shop about 30 miles away. Local ones quit. Such a shame.

That is one the cleanest well organized machine shops I've seen!
Really enjoyed this video,Dan! What a clean shop.
Cool to watch Thank You. I was surprise to see it's a flat plane crank which is usually used in a high rev engine which a MM is not.
this was interesting. talk about patience.
Real nice video we had a couple of tractors we over hauled but never seen how they grounded them thanks

Your obviously a good guy for getting the machinist a doughnut but then you didn't let him eat it.
@@1murder99 he finished it early in the video.
Imagine regrinding crankshafts in a hospital OR.
