Thank you for always including the history of the places you go to or stop at during your travels. I love travel and especially the history of all towns. The town you were at was absolutely beautiful. I loved the architecture of the buildings and all the statues, it was like walking back in time and experiencing what they did back then. It gives me a peace and comfort I haven't felt in a long time. Thank you so much for sharing with us.
This video was a gift today. So beautiful. It is like a dream for me to watch. Anne Girl, was like another child in my family. Many years ago, I had my two daughters and two granddaughters to my house to watch an Anne of Green Gables marathon. We snuggled up all day and watched Anne living her life on PEI. The next week I shopped at a resale shop and found a wool winter coat for one granddaughter. It became her Anne coat. She wore it until it was way too small. She passed it on to her younger sister. What a treasured memory. Thank you for the video today.
I too have memories, beautiful to me, with my young children around me, watching Anne of Green Gables. All grown now, my girls still borrow cd's to review stories that became such a part of our lives. Such a beautiful area!
We did the North Cape.. visited the Wind institute, walked the peninsula. Watched some locals harvest the seaweed. We made a point of visiting Skinner's Pond, home of Stomping Tom a Canadian icon. Yes we visited Charlottetown, but went to the Lobster carnival In Summerside! Went to a brewery in Montague. Tails or claws? I prefer the whole thing.. We visited the lighthouse where the Titanic signal was recieved. We did the ferry there, bridge on the way off. Loved our time on-island. You are going to love Cape Breton as well.
Just found your channel and great video..I live on P.E.I and you did a fantastic job filming it..I live on the other end of the island which is even nicer
‘When we stop, they stop.’ - the performers vs the spectators. The seals are taking on both roles. What an amazing place! Thanks for sharing your adventure to PEI🙏
Since reading all the Anne Books, which I loved and hugely impacted my childhood, I’ve always longed to visit PEI. This was such a tremendous treat. Thank you!!!
Hi EFRT.....good looking colors & sights in this episode! Taco Bill is doing fine... just back from Saline Valley! Interesting fact: Jerry at Tumbo Tusk developed the Scottle in my hometown where I've lived for 71 years! Just stopped and saw him last week! Thanks for the shout out Friends....continue safe travels!
What a wonderful 👍🏻 location to visit with lots of historical places specially the lobster 🦞 one of my favourite dish super tasty. Very magnatic place. Have a wonderful 👍🏻 journey.❤❤😊
Wow wow wow! Now this is EPIC. THANK YOU, for letting me tag along! Simply breathtaking everywhere you look. Enjoy this magical trip! Such comfort to see you INSIDE four safe walls, enjoying you dinner 🦐🦐🦐🦐🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
PEI lobster is the best and so are the oysters. We bought a couple of 2 pounders right off the dock in Tignish and proceeded to cook them on the stove of our Turtleback trailer. Didn’t have a big enough pot so we improvised with a frypan and inverted baking pan on top and cooked them one at a time. Every part was tender and sweet, well worth the effort and messy cleanup! Next time you’re on PEI, check out the Shellfish Festival, it’s epic.
Another part of Canada that I love for the scenery, fishing or seafood, just like B.C. But Alberta is my home for the last 34 + years after leaving Ontario. I missed you guys when you came thru Alberta. Only discovered your channel a few weeks ago when I saw the video of your daughters wedding and then waking up the next day to find out you had lost your nephew. Even I cried over that video. My condolences to you and the family. I love watching this family and how you have managed it all.
Thank you for this video. My grandmother was from Tignish, and I still have 2nd and 3rd cousins who live there. Brings back memories as I haven't been there in over fifty years!
Thank you for the never-ending inspiration your trips give me. I was watching the tidal clash on PEI and thinking it reminded me of Cape Reinga just before your comment. This is somewhere I plan to revisit next February as part of a 3 week touring trip to the ‘Far North’ of NZ I am leading for my Wellington-based 4wd club. It is your lifestyle that keeps me itching to get out and explore more of my own country.
I absolutely love PEI, was there in 2019. Did quebec route 132 all the way from quebec city around the gaspe peninsula (which is stunning) into new brunswick. Try to get to the iles de la madeleine....looks like the Caribbean....just white sand beaches for miles
Beautiful video!!!! our Canada is so beautiful surrounded by beautiful nature scenes its beauty is far beyond words. Thank you for sharing, enjoy and be safe ❤
What a happy video! I love eastern Canada. PEI is so full of great history. Newfoundland is my favorite of all favorites. Can't wait till the next episode!
PEI has our heart! Love the people and the land and beaches! Our kids have a place here so we are lucky enough to travel from Burks falls where we live to the Maritimes often now. Thankfully they have moved back home now with our grandkids but they kept a 20 acre property in Miminegash PEI
This trip your currently on is high on my list. I’ll be retiring in a few years and am building out my Jeep rig. Your adventure channel is one of a few I follow. Your trips are the best!! You’ve inspired me to get out there and discover. Thank you and god bless you all 🙏😊
I read the book and loved it. Was so excited to share it with my daughter. We read it together and watched the series. Thank you so much for sharing it again. We will watch thus episode and sip hot tea after her hockey games today!
Thank you for this video and for mentioning the date- I’ve been following for a couple of years and trying to catch up from years missed and dating helps keep me organized!
Me encanta ver los videos de esos lugares tan maravillosos. Muchas gracias por compartirlos y hacernos parte de ello. Dios los siga acompañando y protegiendo. Bendiciones para todos ❤
This video made me homesick for my beautiful island home. If you go to the island again travel East towards East Point, so beautiful. The best Lobster Roll-in my opinion-is at the Seafood Shack in Morell, PEI. Yum!
Visited PEI briefly several years ago, beautiful, planning on going again. Nice to see someone else using road maps, 👍 we still use them every time we travel. Thanks for sharing your journey.
I really enjoyed your video my family is from Cape Breton from Sydney new Victoria New Waterford it is so beautiful there thank you so much for sharing this❤❤
Hello from NW Indiana. Thank you so much for taking us along your beautiful adventures and sharing the beautiful, breathtaking sites. Mother Nature’s jems which many of us will never see in our lifetime in person. Many many blessings to you and your family. Look forward to many more adventures. ❤❤❤
I live in New Jersey right on the ocean I like the clause because her sweeter and they don’t tend to get tough like the tail because if you overcook it or over boil it, it gets tough
Was on PEI 41 (OMG) years ago. One of the highlights were the church lobster dinners. Every day a different church would host theses suppers. You'd get a whole lobster, potato salad and a roll . Don't remember the price but it was super cheap . Green Gables was not as built up ( no gift shop). Very beautiful, gentle province.
Great, watching PEI through your lens. Thanks. When did you visit PEI, would you mention the date on screen, like you have previously done on your cabin series, thanks.
Beautiful video reminds me very much of Broome in the Western Australian coast red earth and the shape of the coast line. Inky it’s in the Indian Ocean. Nice to hear you mention my country NZ. Cape Reinga is a spiritual area. We camped for 3 weeks with our kids who were 8 and 5 at the time. Great memories.
I love watching all your videos and your whole family. I love the tail of a lobster 🦞. You have to try a curry lobster. It is delicious. We here in Trinidad 🇹🇹 West-Indies have lots of delicious seafood here. Even a barbecue lobster is great, too. Enjoy your journey and be safe.
New subscriber here, was just introduced to your channel from my daughter and definitely going to be added to our list of watches we live in Newfoundland so looks like our timing is great , hope you have a great time in Newfoundland (you're probably here now lol) the weather here is horrible now lol.
Ok so, coming from MA and spending so much time in ME lobster is one of my favorite things. I will admit ME has the best most delicious lobster for sure. If you are ever near Georgetown Island ( Bath, Boothbay nearby) must go to Five Islands Lobster company for whole lobster, steamers, the works just breathtaking scenery and Wiscasset ( not to far away) to a place called Red Eats for the lobster roll. Claws are my favorite but love the tail too :-) Hoping for PEI this coming summer 😌 The seals are so cute following you two!! 💜 Barret
Have you made it to the St. John’s area yet? I’ve been watching your videos for several years now and would love to say hello when you get here! Welcome to our beautiful province!
Sorry, just got your message. We’ve been and gone. Next week’s video will be about our experience. We’ll be back and we’ll be sure to meet up next time. Thanks for watching our RUclips channel. ❤️
Hi, wow amazing spot next to the Lighthouse. We are new to OnX app, when you say you mark your stops on the app are we able to look at those stops? Thank you for showing us Canada.
Bravo 👏👏👏What a beautiful video today. Enjoying all your Epic Adventures. Thank you so much for taking us along with you. One question do you have a videographer? How do you get the drone shots, but I don’t see you operating it? Cool none the less. Love those so we can really get an over all view. ❤
I wonder how many birds those windmills have killed and caused whales to beach themselves. The vibration sounds are so loud in the ocean that it affects the whales. It causes them pain. Note: this is not a negative to y'all. I love you guys 😍. People need to know the harm it causes to our wildlife.
In Canada before windmills are placed by the province there would be an environmental study, plus the placement would need to be approved by both provincial and federal government agencies i.e dept of fisheries and oceans; dept of environment, to name two
I just fell in love with PEI. What the name of the store you bought Dan's scarf? My family are from Northern Ireland. Would love to find out if she has one for our clane Hogan. 😊
Cool! I live in Bathurst, which you drove through. I have been everywhere your trip has taken you out east here. Welcome. If you're coming back through, please feel free to contact me. I have a beautiful remote property just outside of town, tons of space for your camper, right on the river. You are very welcome to stay anytime.
We love it when you show flashbacks of same trips with the kids when they were little.

Absolutely stunning 🤩 views at the cape. That campsite was magical.
Saint Ann’s lobster supper is where I always go for my lobster on PEI
Wow, loved this episode! I've always wished to see PEI, but am too old to travel much anymore...so this was such a treat! Thank you.
What a beautiful and relaxing video, the sound of the waves, the immense blue reflected in the ocean, the beautiful lighthouse. Thank you guys !!!
Born and lived on PEI all my life it’s a beautiful place to live. Amazing beaches and tons of red dirt roads and trails to explore on a dirtbike
Can’t have the claw without the tail. Have to have the whole thing. ✨💖✨tender claw, meaty on tail.

Since reading all the Anne Books, which I loved and hugely impacted my childhood, I’ve always longed to visit PEI. This was such a tremendous treat. Thank you!!!
There was a bald Eagle on that strip of land near the end.
You couldn’t cook that delicious meal outside if you didn’t have that beautiful truck and camper. Thanks for taking me along on your trip Dennis.
Hi,
welcome to our island :D

Wonderful series and thanks for letting us tag along. I prefer the tail to the claws…but won’t turn either down 😊.
My favorite part of the lobster is the body and I prefer it cold dipped in warm butter with vinegar or lemon.
Thank you for making my Sunday mornings special. And for all the helpful waypoints for our family’s future road trips. Safe travels!
Our pleasure!
This is a trip we plan on doing someday.

That looks like Mississippi red clay.
