I just got my 4year old son’s tongue tied taken care with Dr Kotlow last week. We went to one dentist before him and she said that she didn’t think the tongue tie was that bad. I didn’t believe the first dentist. My son’s neck, shoulders and jaw always felt so tight. We have been seeing lots of improvements in speech, personality, and facial structure, even in just a few days. I feel a little heartbroken for parents to try to get their children’s oral ties taken care and dentist don’t believe them. It Gives me shivers to think of if I stopped with the fist dentist.
I’m also doing best be diligent with aftercare. I also did a lot of work with him before the procedure, which I think is helping with the quick results.

I'm a Newborn Care Specialist in San Diego, and I hear time and time again about Pediatricians, ENTs, IBCLCs, OBs, etc. just taking a quick look in babies' mouths and dismiss the possibility of TOTs. I'm blessed to have the right specialists to refer to in my network!
