Well said! We have many things backwards today.
SUPERB PRESENTATION, Dr. McCarty!!!!
Listen, we still don't know that the jaw size is "because of" a soft diet. Why is it so hard for dentists to grasp the concept of causation vs. correlation? This is taught in medical school. Is it not in dental school?
You should be worried that this provider is claiming "jaw growth" and distinguishing it from alveolar movement in adult patients with removable expanders. I assume you are aware this is untrue. So your choice to air the claim makes you responsible.
Both sides had good points.
Excellent presentation, and very compelling principles, committed application in clinical practice, and striking outcomes.
Very Weston Price type perspective implicit in the historical overview.
Always love love love learning such valuable information! Thank you!
Love u and willing to go on this way....❤
Amazing!🎉
Headaches is so annoying
good clip
Dr.Emovon on RUclips channel. Your generosity towards my bad breath is incomparable, you assured me of getting healed just within 2 months and it was so. Thanks a lot Dr Emovon on RUclips I will keep letting the world know about your good work and about your RUclips channel..💪
Still didn’t really explain the title…”What is ToothPillow”? It’s “inferred” but not “defined”…maybe it’s just me.
I started treating my son at age 13. I was 59 and I started my own case at the same time (DNA). We both got results but of course his were better. I’m thinking about implant assisted expansion next, CBCT shows my sagittal isn’t fused.
I had 2 teeth taken out on my top jaw (unfortunately). My bottom jaw has no extractions. Lucky my wisdom teeth grew out on my top jaw with 0 pain like the man said - at least I have my wisdom teeth!!!! I wasn’t even aware of when they were growing, it was completely painless. How did modern dentistry become relevant (for tooth extraction as being necessary) when Roman’s got It right the first time 😂😂😂
Hey, loved the way you presented🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested and keep creating good content:)
Curious… I have an extensive history with jaw/TMJs and facial muscle soreness. Muscle soreness is my only pain, the joints are arthritic but feel fine. I just learned I have a 32mm transverse measurement. My new airway dentist recommends Invisalign to push out my entire smile until I hit about 38mm. Because he’s not saying I need an expander I’m guessing my palates are ok but it’s just the smile itself that’s too narrow within it? I had an expander as a preteen, so I would think my palates were “made right” right that back in the day haha I’m 33 and had expander to fix a crossbite around age 10/11
I have a great smile so Invisalign shocked me for what he thinks could help my muscles (also tongue tie release with myo therapy)
THANK YOU DR.MOVAHED! Did such a great job on my jaw :)
Please how do we even begin to start to find a provider offering these methods in our own areas??? (North Florida)
can sleep apnea in adults cause tissue damage and lack of repair of body parts?
😱😱😱
Freakin mouth breather 😂
I BREATHE HOW I WANT TO BREATHE DAMN IT
Kinda like WHAT?
Zelensky??
Interesting
But what do i do if my nose is always kinda closed up. I have been breathing through my mouth almost my whole life.
Foundation first!
Yes!!
So sleep apnea and acid reflux are highly correlated
You are right!
Do I smell a correlation between PTSD conditions and acid reflux then? That would answer for something
How about the crap food they eat now
Takis
Do you have any recommendations for a full-grown adult like myself? 60-year-old male, pallet on the narrow side, difficulty breathing through the nose, with common deviated septum.
Dr James Bronson is a hero, because of him i can get the alf treatment in Germany
I’m having MMA in two months AND I am an artist! And practicing positive energy for OSA healing!Love the art on the wall!!!
What a difference!!!! NO extraction!
Thank you for clarifying that an over jet is not an indication of the maxilla growing forward, but simply an indicator that the lower jaw is back!
More people should be watching this video!
Thank you!
Great educational resource!
Hi Lauren, was the NY meeting recording you mentioned ever shared?
Life span vs Health span “Save your money for braces” Glasses until driving age analogy is so powerful.
The worst thing is when parents dismiss their children’s dental issues because they had the same thing!
Crowded deep bites is mostly what I see in kids with special needs. Knowing the long term impact of what parent see - lingual tilt teeth and horizontal impact on teeth and other long term consequences is so important to convince parents to take action and not wait till “braces”
I am the specialist! Although I don’t have a fancy credential like a doctor, I back up my claims with research shared on this channel. Having listened to most of the videos on this channel, I name drop Dr Kevin Boyd, Dr Ben Miraglia, Dr Jerald Simmons, Dr Christensen and send parents links to the videos. Thank you for doing what you do!
So much helpful historical research that proves this is not a fad!
Foundation first!
Yes!!
Good intro to Myo by two experts whose course I took and loved and used since day 1!
The dice comparison when talking about volumetric change of each nostril is startling!
I love this! “If there is no room for canines to erupt when they are 12, there is no tongue space now!”
Interesting comment on lack of agreement on release vs expansion first, that’s what makes clinical judgement so important!
