@@poolhall9632 Yeah, and Filoni et al are doing pretty good at good fan-service (i.e. fan-service that hits the feels, isn't shallowly pandering to kinks, and is solidly story relevant). They have given us "Snips", there is bound to be a "Skyguy" next episode.

Yeah. I hate what they did with anakin and how they made him bring balance to the force like he was meant to do. Before I get yelled at think about it. The Jedi were made of hundreds or thousands of people while the sith was only three. How would he bring balance by defeating the sith and killing them. Balance mean making both side equal and unfortunately it was the Jedi that needed to be balanced out and reset in a way.
It’s so good to have Hayden back in Star Wars, its like an old friend you’ve been waiting to see. The “hello snips” is all I’ve needed for their reunion. Thank you Dave.

@@mariotovar2173 before kenobi, he’d take a step back after the prequels for a while. Which is why I’m glad he’s more involved this time.

Just rewatched the MR on Luke’s return in Mandalorian’s “The Rescue” There were lots of tears from both the men & women.

Anakin IS Star Wars and Star Wars IS Anakin. Good or evil, there’s “something “ special about Anakin. Everyone time he makes special appearances, I always get mad goosebumps 🤣

This is the most legendary moment of the return of Anakin Skywalker for many years, as well as the return to his legendary role of Hayden Christensen, well, in the end they brought him back Disney did not leave the actor without work, thanks to everyone who brought Hayden back to the Star Wars universe, waited 16 years where she rejuvenated Anakin just like he came from Revenge of the Sith straight from there

@@mariotovar2173 that may be the case, but it was a much bigger role here imo, and tied to the current story and not a flashback. Don't get me wrong, him returning in Kenobi was great.
I was so emotional, seeing them finally interact in live action gave me so many chills! Also Anakin saying “hey Snips,” literally made me cry!
I also loved the callback to Yoda telling Luke "To complete your training" when Anakin told Ashoka "I'm here to complete your training"
Not gonna lie, when I heard “hello Snips” I legit started to tear up. The de-aging did look a little off but I was still freaking out that we saw them in live action together!!
I don’t care about the de-aging stuff, i’m still gonna cry every time i watch this scene
Absolutely loved the emotional reactions to both the "Hello Snips" and seeing Hayden. Really got a kick out of everyone going "That's it!?!" at the end...because I did the same.
Watching Hayden Christiansen act as Anakin or Vader gets me teary everytime. I'm so happy we are getting to see this after tens of years in the waiting.
They 100% should give Star Wars to Dave Filoni, and let him handle the characters of Luke, Boba, Han, and Obi-Wan going forward. He gets it! By far my favorite Star Wars content since Season 2 of The Mandalorian. Kenobi was a complete mess, and Boba deserved a much better show. Hopefully they give Temuera a Boba movie or 2nd Season, because he deserves so much better as well, especially considering how passionate he is about Boba, Jango, and the Clones. Also, it’s always great to see Hayden Christensen again in Star Wars. I’m glad that he knows how beloved he is in the Star Wars fandom these days.
This was a rare treat in the Disney Star Wars films/shows. So good to see Hayden return again.

Seeing Hayden's Anakin meeting older Ahsoka is enough to make a grown man cry... *sobs* ...and that's ok.
How many times did I cry watching everyone else see this for the first time? All of them. This episode was absolutely phenomenal even without this scene. Working this in so perfectly to lead into episode 5 was pure magic. Thank you, Dave Filoni. You are the Chosen One.

I recently binge watched Clone Wars and Rebels to be ready for Ahsoka. You get a better appreciation for Anakin from Clone Wars that makes his fall into the dark side that much more tragic. So I was right there with the reactors getting all teary eyed.❤
I recently rewatched it all with my sister who hadn't seen clone wars and rebels, ahsoka quickly became her favourite character, glad you're able to get the full experience

Why do so many people think that Ahsoka's dead, just because she's in the World Between Worlds. That in no way means she's dead. Ezra wasn't dead and he was there. Ahsoka didn't die in Rebels when she was there. She was pulled into it by Ezra. She was probably pulled in by Anakin.
Only thing I don't understand is how people say Anakin looks bad. He looks just like he did in Episode 3, I really don't see any flaws with the de-aging at all.
Funny how nobody talks about Anakin’s gorgeous mullet.
You got to remember, the last time they seen each other, Anakin and Ahsoka, was just before Anakin's fall to the darkside. It's amazing that in Episode 2 and 3, everyone wasn't crazy about Hayden Christensen's performance as Anakin Skywalker, but now, it's like they can't get enough of him in Star Wars.

Why does everyone just assume’s that she is dead in the world between worlds????? she wasn’t dead the first time she was there because Ezra pulled her in before she potentially died😮 and she has been “dead” before so she knows how to beat it!! She is NOT dead!!!!

one thing I have noticed all the biggest reaction scenes in these star wars shows involves a skywalker. Luke in Mando, Luke/Ahsoka BOBF, seeing part of Anikans face when Obi slices off part of his helmet and this scene
everyone has a soft spot in their heart for the original trilogies that are the foundation all the series are built around.
Just going on what little I know about the World Between Worlds, I'd say that's either Anakin or at least someone trying to help. Either way, since that's the way Ahsoka remembers him, it makes sense that she'd see him this way.

I think most if not all of them did watch Rebels. That was where the World Between Worlds was first introduced.
It is confirmed in the Star Wars Canon comic Darth Vader when he had his castle built on Mustafar and then in the Vader Immortal vr game.
Vader/Anakin tried to revive Padme from the end of episode 3 Revenge of the Sith, but he couldn't see it because Luke and Leya were already born.
Because he thought they died in her womb. So when he tried to revive her, he couldn't see them because they were already born.
And then when he found out that he had a son, he wanted to be sure Darth Vader 2020 comic period between Star Wars episode 5 and 6.
And some time after that, this cinematic Fallen Angel takes place.

If that's Anakin's Force ghost, then he's Light side (not "Vader"). If I remember correctly, Dark-siders can't use that technique to appear after they die, only Light-siders can.
Anakin/Vader is dead at this point in the timeline, which means that that's either his Force ghost, or, it's "past Anakin" time-traveling in the World Between Worlds. Those are the only two options I can think of here.
If it's his Force ghost, then he's definitely good... yet... "Vader's Theme" played, which is a curious thing.
I absolutely love that everyone else is sharing my love for Hayden and our excitement for him being back.

I think this will be Ahsoka's turn rowards the Jedi, and that her resolution with her feelings towards Anakin will be her Last Trial before receiving the title as a Jedi Knight
