    Thank you so much for sharing Alice. I’ve only just learnt about hypopressive exercises and your videos have been very helpful. I’ve been practicing for a week now and feel that I am starting to get the hang of it. I’m already noticing improvements in my posture. Thanks 🌻💛

    Need to work on expanding my rib cage

      It can take a while to get the hang of it. Take a second of 2 to pause at the end of the 3rd exhale and then soften your tummy - which is essential for the rib opening / stretch
