So very glad I discovered hypopressives! Thank you so much for sharing the instructional and workout videos. You are wonderful and besides getting a stronger pelvic floor I also feel so peaceful when I'm done.
Thank you so much for sharing Alice. I’ve only just learnt about hypopressive exercises and your videos have been very helpful. I’ve been practicing for a week now and feel that I am starting to get the hang of it. I’m already noticing improvements in my posture. Thanks 🌻💛
It can take a while to get the hang of it. Take a second of 2 to pause at the end of the 3rd exhale and then soften your tummy - which is essential for the rib opening / stretch
That was a wonderful routine Alice, just what I needed this morning ❤
Perfect - so glad! x
Loved this one! I am feeling great since starting hypopressives with Alice, they really make a difference. Love your vibe!

Thank you Alice. It is sometimes nice to go backwards and take things more slowly considering each step.
Glad you enjoyed it Ant - must feel super easy for you now!
