Hi Alice .....just about a week and a half and I notice a big difference already.....Thank you so Much!.....I'm 68 years of age and believe the body can be fit at any age........this is the first time I found something that relaxed me too at the same time as toning me......which I really needed.
Hi Alice, I really enjoyed that. Body feels great afterwards. I am noticing that when I do the leg stretches whilst on all fours I shift my weight on to the non-moving knee. I assume this is not correct but can't seem to stop it. x

It should get less as you get stronger but can take a bit of time! x
