    Question please... When putting pressure on the ball, am I also holding my pelvic floor? As I would normally eg in a bridge. So when doing the hypopressivebreath in these posses am I also holding the pelvic floor? I've done most of the beginner videos, so am familiar with the basics. Thank you! :)

      Hello! I don't cue a conscious pelvic floor contraction during hypopressives (or with the ball work) - it will contract naturally during each exhale and rib stretch, so you don't need to add in a conscious contraction 👍🏻
