      I love the longer flows too - trying to do some longer ones now as have loads of short ones!

    Adding the ball to these poses was challenging as was the breath hold , but I really felt a difference. Will definitely be doing this again ! Thank-you so much Alice .

    Quick Q. When squeezing in the ball would you say you are using your glutes or… which bit of your leg moves the most? I get muddled, can use my feet or any old thing 😂

      Insides of your thighs are activated

      Your inner thighs are activated as you squeeze the ball between your thighs / knees 🙌🏻

    What diameter of the ball should be?

      Hi Jo, mine is a 25 cm pilates ball, but I don't blow it up completely - best to keep it a bit soft or your knees will end up quite wide!
