Alice these video have far exceeded my expectations. In the more lying stretched positions the whole of my abdomen feels very tight and stiff. I have tight hip flexors.
The breath work should start to loosen things up - a slightly bigger inhale might also help aiming for it to be more into your back and sides. But make sure you imagine a blueberry in your belly button so your tummy stays fairly still to make your ribs work more. Also some psoas releases / stretches might be good for your hips?
Yay! So for rib flare, you want to drop your ribs at the front so you have good postural alignment in the poses - easier said than done but use a mirror to check can help!
