Enjoyed that as it was very relaxing. Thank you Alice. x One question - I can never feel any movement in my pelvic floor, unless I engage my pelvic floor muscles, which I didn't do. Should I be able to?
Hi Heather, most people feel a natural lift or a shift in their pelvic floor in some poses (not all). If you're unsure, best to book a session with me to check your technique. Floor poses or all fours sequence are often best to feel it in x
Am enjoying your guidance thanks Alice. One question tho…are we to actively lift the pelvic floor or will it be a result of either the inhale or exhale & same whilst holding the vacuum?
Hello! So your pelvic floor moves automatically as you inhale (softens) and exhale (contracts) and vacuum (contracts and lifts) - rather than squeezing it like a Kegel.
Great addition to my Sunday. 😊
Mine too! Great to have you here Katie 💕
Two weeks later, this is still my favorite one cause it's the one I first started with ❤
