In second case sir your explaination confuse me with present perfect continuous tense . Please help us

What was confusing? In the second part I was trying to explain that we use this verb tense for something that starts in the past and continues today. For example ‘live’. I have lived in Columbus for 5 years. This means that I moved to Columbus 5 years ago and I live in Columbus now. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you need more explanation.
