Lot of work.... I'm in a run if 1,800 hoodies. I mostly print transfers. This has been a learning experience for me. I ended up going with a 110 mesh. Using a water based pallet adhesive. Loading the hoodie has also been so much fun!.

If it isn't a crunch job, I always preheat my hoodies under the flash before laying any ink. Burns away any fibrillation and the ink lays smoother, imo.

After 5 hoodies do you get fibrillation and if so , what's your remedy , is the ink puckering , what's the remedy . And last and most important about how many hoodies do you print before having to
    Apply more adhesive ??
    Thanks

What about if the dryer is really smoking and looking like it is melting the ink

What about when the hoodies seems are bulky and the off contact is much bigger than what it needs? Cardboard underneath?

Adjust you off contact. You can put things like a coin under as well to help with it

Mines keep have a ghost print as if It moved and it’s very light and I need help is it too much off contact or Am I putting to much pressure because it’s spreads a bit at the bottom of the screen on certain parts??

I had always a ghost print after flashing. After a while I realized that it is due to the pallet being hot. As the pallet is hot the glue is not holding the hoodie properly. So I started to cooling my pallet after every flash (unfortunately, I am working just on a single pallet) and it has been fine since then. Maybe it´ll help you too :)

Try flashing the garment to shrink it slightly before you print that way it shouldn’t have shrunk anymore when you go for the second coat.

Too many passes could build up and spread ink out under your screen causing the ghosting. If your printing manually print after the garment goes under the flash. 1 it'll soft down the ink allowing a smother print and 2 it'll preshrunk the garment preventing underbase issues

From my experience I’ve learned that the garment dying process still leaves the garment with chemicals that burn or evaporate off under the first flash. So make sure to use good tac and flash the garment under the spot dryer to allow the minimal shrinking to occur then go ahead and print like usual. You will notice that this tends happens to fleecy/hoodies crewnecks etc. hope that helps.

That much spray tac and when you pull the hoodie up all that glue will transfer and your customer will not be happy.

because of the fleece on the inside of the hoodie, the adhesive won't stay on the inside

Hoodies are a pain in the ass. Also do runs of 1000. Low mesh and lots of spray tack. More off contact than tees. Make sure to use eye protection and keep that shit out of your lungs.
