    Really dig your channel. You guys do awesome prints with no fancy equipment. Built my own exposure and drying cabinet from used bathroom sink cabinet with a heater and a fan. Next is going to be a DIY conveyer dryer. Thanks for your videos..

    I'm got problems when using off contact when printing using 3 color, off contact make my marking miss about 2/3 mm, I don't know what problem. When I don't using off contact, all color is marking perfectly, but when using off contact, some block missing 2/3mm marking.... All block have same mesh tension,i really need to use off contact to avoid the mesh sticky With the shirt

      You can buy wood working bar clamp(quick grip clamp). Or, you can modify them. Please see this video: ruclips.net/video/6AdKaEYRLlo/видео.html

    Hi, there. What is the difference between flood the screen first then push the squeege and without flood it?

    • @LineTableScreenPrinting
      @LineTableScreenPrinting  2 года назад +1

      We print without flooding if ink is manageable. But if ink is very thick, flooding makes it easy to push squeegee.
      Also mesh count is a factor. If high mesh count, flooding helps to push ink through the open mesh.
      Another reason for flooding could be to prevent drying of wasterbase ink in the open mesh.
      Flooding also can cause issues of losing sharpness or details due to ink spreading through the open mesh before print stroke.

      @@LineTableScreenPrinting another one question. Can you tell us how much distance for proper off contact? If using waterbased ink that has thick ink character like matsui or furukawa ink?

    • @LineTableScreenPrinting
      @LineTableScreenPrinting  2 года назад

      @@nomoreslogans 1/8". Please remember off contact printing requires TIGHT mesh tension.

    lahat poba ng design pwede gamitan ng off contact sir? at applicable din po ba sya sa waterbased ink?

    • @LineTableScreenPrinting
      @LineTableScreenPrinting  2 года назад

      If you have no problem with no off contact, then you don't have to use off contact. If fact, many line table screen printers who uses waterbased inks don't use off contact. However, thick plastisol inks usually require off contact to make the print opaque with minimum strokes.
