Your videos are well worth it I’m trying to get into screen printing and your videos are the only ones I’ve ever felt like someone’s explaining and being chill.
I just started working at a screen printing company and i find the process fasctinating so i came across your video. you have all of the equipment that my shop has!!! very impressive that this is all you!
Thank you for making these videos and including the links to products you use. Also, thank you for the help with the graphics contact. My wife and I have a store at the Hagerstown Premium Outlets and we are just getting started with this.
@@baavproductions Hub City Tees & More 😊 thats awesome! That isnt too far. I was just starting to watch the video you did about the different shirts. I know you have the ink mixing system, is there a place that you can get custom color inks? Have you ever mixed and sold ink to anyone? With just starting, i need other equipment and such before spending the money on a system.
I’m sure there’s some places you can get some custom Pantone mixes made but if your just starting I’d just try to get some of the more standard ink colors such as black, white, red, blue etc… you can definitely invest into a mixing system but if your trying to save on costs, print with the basics first. Until your committed to getting yourself a system
Yo Baav! I'm interviewing for a job at a custom t-shirt manufacturer soon and this video is really gonna help me stand out! Thanks for making this!!! XD
Bobby, love the video but I have a question about the Pantone colors. How did you get the formula sheet to mix the colors and where did you get the Pantone color swatch guide? Thanks and I appreciate your videos!🙏 Poppy
How to you make those reference points (that you use for lining up the transfers on the screens) disappear on the end-product. @16:18 you hold up a shirt that has those reference points printed but the other does not. How? Thank you!.
Use some tape to cover the registrations! Usually for a test print they leave them just cause. For production, use some tape on the non ink side i believe to prevent ink from getting through those marks & you should be good! Good Luck
Vastex has a wall mount to coat screens I think it's like $400. Not sure how screens you coat at once but for me doing 30-40 screens at a time helps alot
Yeah definitely. I’ve just been so used to just doing it on the floor but yeah definitely will look into that. I had a mount for a table and wall but just feel more comfortable on the ground but my back can beg to differ haha
@@baavproductions i like the hustle and ambition and you are only 22 yrs old , you will definetly have a big ass shop someday bro keep up the good work
I'm surprised you don't post harden your screens...I get it when there's just a dozen or so, but for bigger numbers it's a good way to go. Were you printing wet on wet? Enjoy your videos 🙂
I sometimes post harden specifically when I need to do a color swap but most of the times I don’t need to. But post hardening is a great way to get screens to last longer for sure🙌🏽 and no I was not printing wet on wet
Hello, one question, what is the name of the pc program that you use to get the color combination? Do you buy it on any page?, please answer me, thanks
Mhm you can but it’s not as easy as 2 clicks. Yes it may produce some decent seps but if you really want to get dialed in with accurate seps you usually have to jump in there and mess around with it to get the best prints
Wonder what my friends would think if they knew I got excited when a screen printing video dropped… 😂
I think it’s hella dope😎 appreciate the support!

No problem! And that’s great, I’m only 30 min away from the Hagerstown premium outlets! What’s the store you got there?

Great video Baav 👌🏻
Thank you🙌🏽
really cool vid, do you have a chart about how to mix colors ?
Dude you are awesome
Your awesome!
great video, can you link to your pressure washer? what psi? i tried with car pressure washer but its too loud and wreck some of the screen emulsion.
standard water hose is best
You can definitely get away with standard hose but having a pressure washer has its benefits as well.
Just a basic $100 pressure washer from your local store like home depot or lowes

Same here I have always preferred coating on the floor 🤷🏽♂️
Como puedo tener el flash en Peru
Whats your "safe light", I have a 30w for exposure but I want to be a little safer when coating & washing.
dope video man
Thank you man

Hey, please help me, why flooding the ink in back side of the screen? Where I made a mistake? Thanks!
I'm having the same issue. I'm thinking too much ink?

Can you do a vid on color separation?
The T-shirt you are wearing is 🔥 it drops so nice, by any chance you know what’s the blank?
It sure is! That’s a Los Angeles apparel shirt!
What is the yellow light called? Bug light?
Correct
What is the separation work youre talking about in this video. Can you explain.
How do you screen print jumbo screens that go off the hem?
Would it be easier to use a plate so you can add the ink in sections, So if you add to much of one color it's easy to remove.
I can still always remove ink from the screens whenever I need to!
What Riley Hopkins press is that ?
Riley Hopkins 250
Hello, one question, what is the name of the pc program that you use to get the color combination? Do you buy it on any page?, please answer me, thanks
How do you accept payment? I’m leaving Stripe after they failed me miserably.
Few different options stripe being one of them. What was your bad experience with them?
what kind of ink do you use and what brand? where do you buy them?
How do you know what exposure time u need?
That your need to find and calculate based on what your light source is and emulsion
@@baavproductions ok I should just read about the emulsion I use
What mixing system do you use?💯
what is the name of the printer on which you are printing the mesh?
Hi, im new but why is this a 6 color design? Couldn't you just use CMYK? (Anyone know?)
What exposure unit do you use?
Hey bro you got any equipment you’re trying
To get rid of. I’m a beginner. Anything…
As of now no I don’t..
how you do to separate you colorsss
How long did it take for production?
Why not use a key to open the boxes I do it and never had any accident I know it might sound silly but it's worth it
That could work but what about the boxes that have some strong tape on it, just easier with a box cutter but I hear you!
What desktop do you have
How much do you charge for these prints per tshirt. Trying to figure out how to charge my clients

what are your screen dimensions?
Brody you look middle eastern or Spanish, I been watching your videos which one is it😂. But this shit help a lot I’m about to start doing it myself
Hahahah I get that I look Spanish a lot but I’m actually Indian! Keep grinding🏆
What lights are you using when you coat your screens?
Yellow bug light
Thanks for replying. I've learned so much from your vids
Hapoy to hear that, keep grinding✊🏽
Grey 429 that grey color
i guessed all of the colors correctly do i win a prize
You can but the software it’s like $299 and two clicks and it’s all separated
Mhm you can but it’s not as easy as 2 clicks. Yes it may produce some decent seps but if you really want to get dialed in with accurate seps you usually have to jump in there and mess around with it to get the best prints

16:29 canceled. Lol
For what exactly? lol
@@baavproductions just messing with you. You said "it looks like the perfect skin color."
You didn't show the photoshop process 😓
I casually mention in the video that I don’t do separations and gave my personal contact to who I use for separations
Hallo
What nationality are you? Asking for my daughter.
I am Indian!
