That is a great tip on the whole bungee Cord thing but I find it simpler just a slap some tape at the top of the frame so when you're done with your print you can just lay your squeegee right down. double-sided tape would work good too but you have to make sure you have proper tension on your spring for your holster for your frame or the squeegee might fly across the room.
Hello quick question… after I did the creen printing my ink dried at room temperature for a couple of day but then when I went to look at it the ink literally looked like chalk and came off leaving behind a light layer… what did I do wrong?
you can aslo spray a little water on your shirt before printing underbase or first color on your shirt and you'll get a smooth print with plastisol. So you don't have to spend time with a heat press.
Great tips !!! But your front print is too high . Should be 4 inches not 2. Just saying, been printing for 35 years and we have found that it looks esthetically better.
Good tips Matt! I loved that Matt likes a matte finish. :)

Great tips! I'm going to look into getting a heat press to finish off my shirts. I've been using my flash unit to cure
Perfect, thanks!
Thanks for the heat press tip how much and temp on the press after curing?
What time and temp do you recommend for the heat press ?

That trick with the heat press/parchment paper/magnets is genius! Def gonna use that.
