THIS exercise and variations were eyes opening for me and gave me a lot of progress! IF YOU WANT TO TRAIN BY MY PROGRAMS WELCOME TO CALISTHENICSSCHOOL: calisthenics.s...
Thanks Artem, another great video again. I watched a documentary, one about the actor Yul Brynner. Apparently he also did a lot of callisthenics training. Allegedly when yul brynner was in his prime(physical best), he could do 5 or 6 one handed hand-stand push ups. I think it was push up into a handstand, hold it, go into one handed handstand and then do a few push ups on the one hand/arm, while maintaining balance. Is that even possible? Do you know of any calisthenic athletes that can do this? Are you able to perform the un-assisted one arm handstand push up balance? If so could you please post a video of this extraordinary feat. Love your channel man and all the help and advice you've given is second to none!
If you find a video of someone doing a one-handed handstand pushup, I'd love to see it. Simon Ata ("Simonster") does some of the most amazing hand-balancing/ strength moves I've seen - no disrespect to Artem, who is also fantastic! - but even he doesn't seem to have a one-handed HSPU. (See e.g. his video Simonster Strength 2.0)
Артем, молодец, отличная подготовка, огромная работа проделана. Видно, что стиль ведения блога частями взят от западных атлетов (Heria, например). Желаю дальнейших успехов как в спорте, так и в выработке своего, уникального стиля)).
hello sir before do the procedure how to planche, do you have a video stretching before execute planche to avoid injury of muscles? thank you for this useful and detailed tips tutorial.
Hello, Artem. You are making really super videos. I have a question about planche and the scapula position.Long time it was believed that the correct position is strong protraction and depression but now i see in some forums a new form which exclude overprotacting and teach more neutral spine. Can you explain the difference between the two of them? Thanks!
Heyo. Recently when I tried full Front lever I had some lower back pain. I wonder if this could be because of my form? Anyone who has had the same problem?
He says that on something hard "you can easily get friction between your feet and the hard surface/wall. On the soft thing you have to press your shoulder back and get extra burn, extra load on your shoulders, extra work on it, which is so important for the planche"
Underestimate the exercise until try it out. It’s so hard and really targets the shoulder. Never doubt Artem’s exercise anymore!!!
0:47 the most veins I've seen on someone's calves

It's possible to execute against a wall. Convict conditioning has step by step progressions for it
That is 1 of artem goals apparently
The nearest thing of that is One Arm Planche push ups (bad form) I have seen Larosa do this. But not perfect OAH form basically, just a lot of power.
