    This just shows how technical planche is, and you must understand and connect to the the body just as much as getting strong

    Ça fait maintenant quelque temps que je regarde tes vidéos et je commence à prendre de tes ebook qui sont vraiment super bien détaillé et réellement utile, et en plus de ça tu donnes des vrais conseils sur la planche sur RUclips et gratuitement, t’es clairement le seul à faire ça, même les conseils que tu donnes qui peuvent paraître minimes sont en réalité hyper important alors merci Valentin d’aider des mecs dénué de sens comme nous ❤️

    i found out that my planche looks and feels better when i elevate my parrallettes so that they are as high as yours. Maybe it has something to do with the explanation in the video.🤔

    • @robin.calisonig
      @robin.calisonig 7 месяцев назад

      if you watch and extend the same way then there is no difference but maybe it s more natural for you to find the right head trajectory when you are on high bars, maybe try to find this point and as valentin said in the video, put something in front of you to be able to always have it, even on low bars
