Thank you for the instructions! In the U.S. caster sugar is called superfine sugar and icing sugar is called powdered sugar or confectioner's sugar. Looking forward to the mustard video when you get around to it. By the way, plain American mustard is called yellow mustard as it is made with yellow mustard seeds rather than black or brown mustard seeds. 🙂

Someone else already said it, but you were thinking of a Vitamix and yes, I have one. I got mine "refurbished" on Amazon several years ago for half of the normal price, and it came with the same warranty as brand new, so I saved over $250! I have a 6 qt Kitchenaid as well, and while I do love it, I am always on the hunt for a vintage Bosch.
This is so helpful, and I will be using this! I always have molasses on hand, LOVE IT on oatmeal, and while I've always used raw sugar in my coffee, I've switched over to molasses. I like that it actually has nutrients in it. Always looking for nutrient-dense foods, especially those that help with the migraines. And I actually prefer the molasses in my coffee - it makes it seem like a "fancy coffee" LOL
Hope your knee is doing better and that you aren't pushing yourself too hard. It's always good to see your face! Love & BIG HUGS to you and Husband!

It's not only cheaper, but, if you don't use icing sugar or brown sugar very often, there's no need to store either - just make it up when a recipe calls for it. Super space saving method.
