I made these last night and they turned out AMAZING and I'm 12 and it was my first time using yeast for a proper pizza and everybody loved it!! Thank you so much Laura!!!!!
Can we get an update 7 years since you made this comment, do you still love to cook? Because making homemade pizza at 12 is pretty impressive! I wonder what you’ve become!
My 7 years old daughter just ordered me to go make some of Laura Vitali's pizza. Both my daughters adore you, you're such an inspiration to them and hope I can cook like you and be an inspiration to them too. We love you Laura
I think you should do a mini work series. Like 2-3 episodes dedicated to people who like to pack their own lunch and take it to work. I think it can be applied to a lot of your food already, I definitely make your food and take it to work. But maybe a video dedicated to it would be fun!
I used your pizza dough recipes and made single serve frozen pizzas a few weeks ago for my husband to eat while I was out of town. They were a hit! He said they were as good as when I made them fresh.
Wow Laura, THIS is what I love to watch you do. Recipes that you've done a million times and tweaked and tweaked over the years to result in perfection every time. It was such a pleasure to watch you in this video, you also seemed to really enjoy it too, you were very much at ease and confident. Fantastic! Did I mention how brilliant this recipe and tips are???
I don't Have a suggestion, but a great freezing that I enjoy doing…Soups! Freeze your soups into portions in the quart size freezer bags, freeze them flat and you can then you can store them in the freezer door! I love doing this with Lentil, Tomato and butternut squash soups. They last well into 6 months doing that.
I do the same and when I come home after work, you heat up some ribollita, the joy when you take in your first steaming spoon with no effort that tired night. I love freezing meals.
If it's frozen in a bag do you thaw it first to put into a pot to warm again, I don't have a microwave. Or do you somehow get it out frozen from the bag and into the pot.. Is it messy to thaw?
I take out the bag and let it thaw in a pot, over night. Then I would heat it up. 'Cause when it's thawed, you can then pour it out of the bag into however you want to heat it up...ie: Bowl and then microwave or Pot and heat over the stove.
soul for real I don't mean to intrude, but when I freeze soups and hearty soups like tuscan bean soups or ribollita, I just run hot water over my tupperware to loosen the outside edges so I can tip over the container into a bigger pot and reheat the soup over low and it melts and then boils, then I eat. Or if I know in advance (the night before) I just thaw out the container in the fridge then it is liquid and heat up in microwave or stove top. Does it become watery? you mean more watery? No...it's exactly as liquidy as when you put it in the freezer. It's not a raw vegetable, it's a cooked soup...so it's exactly the same and to be honest, more delicious. The flavors have meshed together. It is my go to winter freezer meal.
I have been making homemade frozen pizza for years. Brilliant idea to precook the dough. Makes the difference in the final crust. My mother made homemade pizza in the late 1960’s for our huge Irish family. We all loved them except my father who was very traditional. We had pizza, pasta and lasagna when he was away.
I cooked this last night and it was so good. I made one little change to your recipe. I love garlic so I add some in my dough mixture as I was combining it. If you like garlic too, you should give it a try. Thanks for the recipe.
frozen lasagne, frozen enchilada´s, how to make ciabatta + how long you can keep them in the freezer for how many weeks , and other suggestions on freezing other food. love this video laura !
I'm definitely going to try this. My teens will love it. There is nothing better than being able to pop something so delicious as this in the oven at the last minute. I am wanting to do plan ahead meals and would love to see more ideas that you may have. Hugs, Leslie
This is a great video! I got so many useful tips. I would never have thought of the garlic oil, or putting fresh tomato *after* the pizza cooks or about the pizza stone. Considering how many people around the world love pizza, making a good pizza is truly a work of art! And I'm a busy person too so these ideas come extra handy!
yummy yummy to da tummy!!!!!! thankyou.. such an easy thing ...but so important .good homemade .frozen pizza not the garbage you buy in the store and you dont know how long it sat there or whats in the stuff to make it last.. i love knowing whats going into my tummy! Thankyou Laura xoxo
Hi Laura!!! I just love you so much!! I love watching your videos because you always give lots of simple tips and tricks and I have learnt so much from you!!! Love the idea of making your own frozen pizza. I usually go to Domino's and get the dough and now I can go get several rounds of dough and do this. LOVE LOVE
Thanks so much for this video! Definitely I would love to see more make ahead, frozen meals. My sister is about to have her second baby and we would like to make her some meals for that time when she won't be able to do any cooking very easily. I love your videos. Keep up the good work!
Yes, more frozen meals please!! You read my mind ;) I have been wanting to suggest it since your canning video! They are just so convinient for busy days.
Great idea and I love to see how you form your pizza by hand, I always wanted to learn that, Next time I will try it. My pizza dough has no sugar and is also really easy to use. But like you say everyone has their own favorite. Look forward to try the white one, never done that before but had it once in Italy where I saw it for the first time. Thank you for great posts and lovely recipes and ideas, love Kolla
I love this!!!!! Yes please do more! Lasagna (any pasta dish really:) ) as long as its delicious and simple like all of your recipes! Love you!!!!your making life a lot easier for hardworking woman and moms that have to go through their day and still prepare dinner!
Great tip Laura. I usually take your pizza dough and just freeze it by itself in a ball, then thaw it out and use it but I'm going to start doing it this way. So easy on a busy weeknight. Have a great spring. Hugs!
Greetings from Indonesia, the dough is so perfect, soft inside, crusty outside! Love it! Your recipe never fails! Your sweet sour chicken & pancake recipes is my true guide, never try other no more
I truly love your channel! Your videos are great!!! And I have tried so many of your recipes and I I don't have a failed one!!! I'm so happy!!! Thank you so much! You explain every step of the way !, can you make something else with this pizza dough? Like bread? Or something else? Please let me know!
Love it!! Can you do like a frozen food series? I would love to see what you can make and freeze. As a busy mom I need all the help I can get. Thank you....Hi Joe hope all is well. I hope you're feeling better about the house =)
Can't wait to try this recipe Laura! I would love to see more meal ideas that freeze well. I'm a busy mom of a 1 year old and despise processed food yet I'm all about convenience these days. I love your recipes. Not a single one has let me down. My go-to recipe repertoire consists of SO many of your recipes.
I’ve also seen a vlogger make her dough put the balls in the bag , spread them with her hands or a rolling pan in the bag then freeze without sauce or anything. They come out of the bag very easy. I’ll try both Yours and hers. I love pizza . It will be great having them ready to go.TY
I make individual sized pizza crusts, partially bake them (until they're set) and freeze them, plain. In the summer they're a godsend. I freeze them plain because I never know what toppings I want, or what veggies i have in the fridge. Thank you for this video!!
Wonderful! I can't wait to try this! Any frozen recipes would be great. I work 2nd and 3rd shift lots of the time so freezer meals are something I want to do more of.
Yes, this was very helpful! One time I made frozen breakfast sandwiches, but I failed miserably so I haven't tried making anything frozen since. I LOVE frozen pizza and always wanted to make it, but I thought I never would be able to. Now I know that I do, so thank you so much. Could you make frozen breakfast sandwiches next? You know, the ones with the egg, sausage, and cheese?
Tried them. Even the frozen ones were still perfect! Love the recipe and will never buy frozen Pizza from a super market again. Ever. Loooove your videos :-)
This makes me so excited to get my own place someday just so that I can just make my own pizza; from scratch and none of that store-bought stuff. Gah, must be patient, Thank you for this simple recipe Laura! God Bless
Laura, I am totally side-tracked, but I suggest that you don't sell the house. If you really love it maybe you should rent it and keep it for your children or Joe's brother's children when they are older. If it's structure holds up and its a good location for them, it would make a good starter home for them. You know .... just a suggestion. Whatever you do is up to you :)
Laura you are so cute🎀when u r tasting what you have created,,, You are such an inspiration to me ever since I started watching you last fall... I am inspired to add more love💗into my cooking...You are so beautiful in everything you do💕 I know you are going to be so blessed in your future... You go girl💃.... ❤️U guys!!

The perfection of that dough, is just insane.

Mark Zaino doesn't it become watery after you thaw it tho??
