dance is more than flexibility and strength(although helpful) Dance is also rhythm and being able to tell a story

Thank you so-so much! You explain everything very accurately and understandable! I'll definitely try to do it one day because this is my dream and you helped it to come true❤

I've never gotten proper training for dance, so that part of me hasn't grown in the way I've dreamt it to. I'm in my early twenties and have been recovering from physical injuries. I desire to really kickstart my journey with dance now and I feel like a beginner which I've struggled with facing. Haven't had great teaching in the past and I'm so thankful I found your videos. Thank you so much 😊 I actually understand your teaching and that helps a lot

Depending on your class or instructor everyone calls it a different name but it's the same skill hope that helps

Hello, I know most of you guys are dancers so I have an important question. I am 14 do you guys think there is an age where you start regressing or are you always just getting better. For example when I am 19 will I be as good if not better then I am now.

Also, is this ok to do when returning to dance after being out sick? I’m returning after having been out sick and mastering how to get my leaps higher!

So if you don't have a bar what would you suggest me to do with the arm that would be on the bar? Plus I love your videos♥️ I am 14 years old and all I think about is dancing and I am really hoping that some day this will be what I do. If you have any tips let me know. I am also not able to go to any studios or classes because we don't have anything like this around here. I am wanting to do lyrical/contemporary dancing but I'm not sure where to start. So please if you have any tips or tricks that can help me in any way let me know♥️

if you don’t have a bar you can use the back of a chair or even a kitchen island!
