Dance Conditioning Warm-Up

  • This is a full body dance warm-up that I use in some of my conditioning classes! This is a little longer than my typical warm-up’s in my lyrical classes, but I wanted to give you something that would really help stretch AND strengthen your bodies, especially if you’re doing a lot of dancing from home ;)

    Am i the only one that like watches them in my bed and then wait later to do them?😂

    Thanks so much for this I am trying to improve in dance and am hoping that by the end of the year to be better than I am this stretch is perfect for what I want to do! Thanks!!

    Is it okay if i do these stretches when I'm a beginner and want to gain more flexibility ( the goal is to be more flexible and gracious while dancing) ? Or do you recommend starting something else ?
