Me searching aimlessly for 20+ minutes for the weak spot only to understand that the weak spots don't show if you have your bow out instead of your sword :/
What!? I was beginning to think my game glitched or something. Read some walkthroughs, but noone mentioned this little detail.

Let’s be honest the hardest part of the game wasn’t fighting the colossus is was trying to find them
Some may argue that's what's made the journey more impactful taking in the games world with its atmosphere and beauty all of it feels so damn good 👍 👌
One thing I don't like about the remakes is the change in sound effects, I miss the cries they used for the Colossi, especially this one because killing Quadratus felt emotional because that last sad cry it makes as it falls is so emotional
Seeing this amazing battle - now I need to see Gaius next - just makes me wonder how it’ll be like against the final Colossus: Malus.

I wonder why he is on that cave/prison if he could just get out so easily, and if he did get out it was silly of him to get out when the one sword that could kill him was nearby.

AHH i remember this game for the ps2 but since i DIDNT have a memory card, i only had time to beat the first boss
I was in the same situation as you back then. Fortunately, I managed to beat the game after many sits, every time I could get a little further in the game. It took almost 2 months since I had to learn all the commands by myself because English isn't my main language (this game was one of the many reasons that made me want to learn English).
It was an experience that changed gaming for me. It will always be in my Top 3 games of all times.
I finished this game once. Then I went to my friend house, then we finished the game in 7 hours. So yea. It's possible without memory card. :)

They changed alot of sounds compared to the original :( All these ps4 dudes will never know how scary some of these colossus did sound
It used to sound more elephantine making the title of mammoth more fitting and making it more sad sounding when it dies

Bro the 2nd boss is right behind the temple if you hold your sword up and follow the light it takes like 5 minutes to find

Yeah, once you figure out how. Some of the fights took me nearly 30 minutes to complete once I turned off the Dormin hints.
I always felt bad for killing this one, it's so cute and it reminds me of my cat, Molly 😢
