I have every appliance but an Insta pot, and I like your easy approach. Your instructions were very clear and helpful.

This looked so good. My husband and I both love garlic so I’m looking forward to trying it. But I was wondering if it can be made using chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs?

Haven't tried it with breast yet, but I'm sure it would work. Chicken breast cooks a bit faster in the pressure cooker, so if you use bone-in breast, reduce pressure time to 10 min; if boneless, 6-8 min (depending on thickness/size).

    They call the racks, trivets.
