There has to been some consideration that the cyclist could have also stopped as they must have seen the lorry coming. i cycle and drive, the woman behind looked like she had not entered the narrow bit and could have stopped.
Again, in most of these clips the offenders know what they were doing is dangerous , so not careless and inconsiderate just dangerous. So should be prosecuted as dangerous driving. No excuses

That first clip is absolutely scandalous.
That hgv certainly got off light for that.
