      I think that's the hardest thing for me as well! First step is recognizing it. Have you revisited the emotional eating masterclass in my course? I really like to reflect on the 6 questions: where am I, who am I with, what am I doing, what am I feeling, how can I fill those emotions without food.

    Too much stress at work is probably the biggest factor for me. We are undermanned and overworked. Plan on retiring this year so hoping that lifestyle change.

    Snacking throughout the day and even after dinner - generally with sugary foods was my downfall. For three weeks I’ve been cutting out all added sugar. I was shocked how easy it has been to eliminate these habits just by changing my mindset, eating enough protein, and drinking plenty of water!

      I love hearing this feedback :). I put a lot of work and time into these videos and so enjoy hearing when people take action and start seeing results. I hear from many people that once they implement some of the strategies you mentioned (protein, water, mindset) giving up so much sugar is way easier than they thought!

    Im 67 yrs old live in the UK my last hbaic was 41.
    About a week ago i developed posterior vitrous detachment which scared me a little could this be related to pre diabetis?
