I find it so hypocritical. You kill a bunch of troops thoughtlessly in the heat of battle and it's no biggie, but if you kill someone that just tried to kill you after they stopped shooting you're somehow a monster - regardless of the subtext. The moral compass spins on and on because none of this makes any sense
Like the Joker said: "Because all its part of the plan." Like, if you killed a bunch of faceless grunts, nobody panics, because its all part of the plan. But, if you kills an insignificant lieutenant, everybody loses their mind.
One of the many problems with this remake trilogy is the feel that several directors/writers worked on it and they all wanted to take it into completely different directions and neither of them communicated with the others. One wanted to make the game into a 'rule-of-cool' Advent Children-esque action game, one wanted to make a re-intepretation and expansion of the original game and another thought that it needed to be a movie first and a game second. Scenes like the one above sadly does not work due to no clear vision for a project that has to be a weird amalgamation of everything FF7-related to date.
I know in the original, if it were Aerith, Cloud would already beat up Aerith and it would of been easy for Sephiroth to control Cloud like a puppet. So Tifa is a correct choice to keep Cloud sane.
Well its about the charateristic that matters.. if your characteristic are like sephiroth then you're sephiroth despite the body is cloud.. thats the wisdom man
If she don't interfere, Cloud will be controlled by Sephiroth. Tifa is a correct candidate of keeping Cloud sane. If it were Aerith, she will already get beat up and of course, Aerith will forgive Cloud. I mean in the OG, Cloud did beat up Aerith with his fist. When he was about to stab Aerith on the chest, Cloud regained his self control only for Sephiroth to kill Aerith. If it weren't for Tifa, Elena would of met the same fate as Aerith.
When cloud acts out of his usual stoic, awkward, yet kind character and becomes cold, and menacing, with that monotone voice, that's sephiroth influencing him significantly
@@nadilenebudski Well in the OG it's Jenova controlling him, the real Sephiroth isn't in the game yet. It's Jenova pretending to be Sephiroth leading him to the northern creator where the real Sephiroth is recuperating, unless they change it ofc.
They were literally responsible for dropping the plate in midgar from many lives at stake? Cloud should've killed them without the effect of jenova as an excuse.

3:09 wait, is Tifa's sister? or are they recycling models?
Just the same designer so it's possible they could recycle some designs yeah
on a side note, i love Elena’s cute bedazzled gun 🎀💫🌸
I find it so hypocritical. You kill a bunch of troops thoughtlessly in the heat of battle and it's no biggie, but if you kill someone that just tried to kill you after they stopped shooting you're somehow a monster - regardless of the subtext. The moral compass spins on and on because none of this makes any sense
Like the Joker said: "Because all its part of the plan."
Like, if you killed a bunch of faceless grunts, nobody panics, because its all part of the plan.
I Thinking Cloud was been Manipulated by Jenova's will Maybe That's why He attacking everyone else
Cloud can be partially manipulated by Jenova's will because if Sephiroth can control Cloud, there must be some kind of Jenova DNA inside Cloud.
I actually liked this scene, just because the Turks were like "whoa" homeboy ain't somebody we can f with
Wait what chapter is this?
It's not death It's a homecoming lol he said it like 2 times
I know in the original, if it were Aerith, Cloud would already beat up Aerith and it would of been easy for Sephiroth to control Cloud like a puppet. So Tifa is a correct choice to keep Cloud sane.
Well its about the charateristic that matters.. if your characteristic are like sephiroth then you're sephiroth despite the body is cloud.. thats the wisdom man
she shouldn't of interfere and let cloud giving those bad guys what they deserve
This shows my guy cloud dose like hot chick girl and really hate the the traks this trun dark really quick
On title: it is truly, not truely
Dropping the "e" at the end of words like danceing, maceing, and spaceing is so overrated 😝
Dammmn tifa 🥵🥵🥵🥵
Poor Blonde Tifa a.k.a Elena
Lol 😂
🎉
I hate cloud now after this that guy just said he didn’t want to die and cloud just goes after him
It was Sephiroth controlling him. Calm down buttercup.
His mind was messed up by Sephiroth and Jenova cells too much
When cloud acts out of his usual stoic, awkward, yet kind character and becomes cold, and menacing, with that monotone voice, that's sephiroth influencing him significantly
@@nadilenebudski Well in the OG it's Jenova controlling him, the real Sephiroth isn't in the game yet. It's Jenova pretending to be Sephiroth leading him to the northern creator where the real Sephiroth is recuperating, unless they change it ofc.
You'd hate the original God of War games then.
They were literally responsible for dropping the plate in midgar from many lives at stake?
Cloud should've killed them without the effect of jenova as an excuse.
Im saying
Thank You
Yeah, good point.
If you kill people in cold blood while they are begging, it's a line crossed that makes you on the same level as the evil you are fighting
You mean, like Sephiroth slaughtered all of Nibelheim because he suddenly felt wronged by humanity? I'm sorry to be blunt, but that's just fucked up.
